Defintely one of the better coffee shops in jersey city. The coffee is always fresh and flavorful. Also bold if you get the right brew. The inside is very welcoming and good place to get some work done if you need to as well. I stop by every once in a while in between inspections and fuel up.
The place seems very nice despite being very small, being very close to the HCCC is a plus for students, they have focus pods which is nice too, very good latte, pastry was mid so I'll try it again later

Their espresso is top notch. I worked in a specialty coffee shop for years and I'm very particular about my espresso. They did a fantastic job at CLO. They had one barista working and he was very friendly. The vibe is very chill and (in non-COVID times) would be a great place to work. They had a black Christmas tree up, which my goth heart truly appreciated. I'm excited to go back and try their single origin pour overs.
