This store only gives half amount for the bowl, and for tacos they only put 1/3 amount?. EVERYTiME. It’s definitely not a single time mistake but the store rules set by the manager or the owner. I wondered how much can you save??The cost to make a bowl probably just be around $3.Or maybe you are not selling foods but a clean food box???♀️
Messed up my order. Order a quesadilla, got soft tacos instead. They didn't even fix the order. I just ate it because I had an appointment. So they messed up the original order and they messed up their chance to fix it.
Walking distance from my job. Not worth the rudeness from that cashier today. Charged me for a chicken bowl, ordered a veggie bowl. I also ordered chips, didn't recieved them and when I asked again he ignored me and tried to help another customer. Then he said I was being rude! From the time he walked over to the register, he was looking for something, not paying attention and gave me attitude! Will not be coming back!Guess I'm trying Quedoba next time!
I did not get to ask for the persons name; but they were nice enough to let me use the bathroom even after while they were cleaning for closing. They were so nice and such good customer service ? ?
Someone wrote "miserable service" and I totally agree. I do not expect a good service from Chipotle. You ask what you want, pay, thank you, and you leave. Today, I was looking for a vegan option. However, a server at this place couldn't tell to me what their vegan options were, and put chicken on my bowl, which I didn't ask for. I ask her again what are your vegan options and she got annoyed and became extremely rude. The worst part is that I could hear the kitchen staff along with her openly mocking at me even before I left that place.
DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THIS CHIPOTLE! Every time that I request double meat, they clearly give me single. So today, I only requested a single. I got half a portion of meat and half a portion of my beans. If you don’t want them to cheat you, buy your food in store and not online for pickup.
Order instructions are followed about 70% of the times. Wouldn’t advise ordering ahead (specific time pick up) because more often than not they just prepare your order as soon as it pops up, and then your food will be super cold and mushy by the designated pick up time. Also, do not order the chips, they are stale or ultra salty 4 out 5 times.
Amazing service! Definitely worth it. Went in tonight and they said they “ran out of food” if these lazy chipotle workers don’t want to serve people they could’ve easily quit. Even though there was little to no food, I would’ve had that than walk away with no food at all.
I have a couple of issues with what I witnessed at this Chipotle. For starters, after 9pm, it’s online ordering only. So myself plus 15 others were in there trying to online order all at the same time. I also counted a total of 6 employees. As more people came in, nobody told those who came in after 9:40pm that they weren’t accepting online ordering. They kept repeating “we are not accepting orders on the mainline, just mobile orders” I watched them try to order and then be told that they couldn’t order after 9:40pm. Then with the pure debacle that was this failed attempt to assembly line online orders, I watched many people leave with an order and then come back because their orders were wrong. Even my order had missing items. What a mess.
