The staff was extremely nice. I made the stupid mistake ordering pickup at the wrong location and they offered to make the food for me anyway free of charge. The food was delicious - reminded me of flavors from home. Everything was done well - the meatballs, eggplants, Taiwanese cabbage. But the tomato & egg! It was so good to be able to taste this simple yet delicious and healthy combo at a fast casual restaurant.

Pretty good fast casual Chinese place. It's cool having more authentic Chinese food in the area. You get to pick a base, a veggie, sides, and a protein, along with some toppings.I had the baby bok choy (nice flavor with a good crunch), homestyle eggplant (very tasty), and the dry fried string beans (also good) and everything was pretty good.Service was good and fast, and the prices are pretty consistent with other fast casual places in the area. My only complaint is I wish there were a few more healthy options. Everything seems pretty heavily sauced or fried except for some of the veggies. It would be nice to see some lighter health-conscious options.Edit: I visited again over two years later and the food is still great! Prices have gone up a little so it is a little pricey now but the portions are more than generous enough to compensate. I still recommend the eggplant, very good.

Wanted to write this review earlier but didnt find the time to, but what a poorly managed establishment. I came in on Monday and was greeted to a long line and realized there were only 2 employees working trying to handle both online and in person orders. If there are lunch rushes to be expected why are there only 2 employees working at a time? I could see them trying their best to handle it all but it looked to much to handle. I decided to not even bother and went along with my day. I'd be willing to come back again but hopefully there are more hands on deck next time so there isnt long waits for our food.

The food is... bland. In general I can eat anything, but I could not finish 1/3 of my meatball bowl. None of the ingredients tasted what they should taste. The meatball had no seasoning at all and were very mushy. The rice was eatable, but had no flavor at all (maybe that's why it was eatable). The smell was weird too. I'm writing this review while I look at the food... sad, just sad.

It's fast. Fodo quality is okay but it doesn't taste like they are using authentic Chinese recipes. The bow they provide is not capable with the rice. Rice always stick on it.

It was my first time here and I absolutely enjoyed the Kung Pao chicken and Grandma’s Favorite meatball’s. Absolutely matched my taste. The honey-soy glazed pork belly didn’t go along well with me.The server was very courteous and friendly.

I wanted to like it, but I couldn’t…- white and black rice was not cooked well, dry…- veggie portion too small, not worth the price

I come here very often like 4 days a week coz i really like the black rice here. But the food recently has been extremely unstable. The string beans tastes sour, it's bad food taste. And there's two times rice wasn't cooked and one time the beans were not cooked enough. I'd say I'm super disappointed and I hope this restaurant can try better

Awful, awful, awful service. We came in and there’s only one server. She immediately ignored us and started doing hungry panda delivery. I don’t get it. Why ignore your on-site customer but do delivery instead? The driver is not even here! After like 10 minutes, 3 people came in. The server just skipped us and start taking their order. ??????We waited 15 minutes for nothing. Never come back.

Pork belly was the best I've ever had! Service was great too.
