I ordered from here once before and I planned on going back. However, my second time going back was the most horrible experience. I ordered the same exact thing as I did the first time and they really messed up my order. For starters I DON'T eat pork. So I get home, open my container and see that they added pork to my food when I ordered shrimp. At this point they're closed. So I call the next day and they tell me there's nothing they can do! Wow! So I spent a free $18 on one meal! I will never eat here again.
They pic and chose who they want to be polite with I don’t want to use the world but yeah they are very racists I want to pic up my food that I ordered and paid for they would not even direct their worlds to me they would use signs I didn’t punch all them in their face because obviously I will go to jail for that DONT BUY FOOD HERE
Please read the reviews before ordering here. Their management is terrible and they don't care if your order is incorrect or not. Double check your food for a hair, a fly or just to make sure that there's no other bugs in your food before eating.
Food are definitely authentic and extensive choices, staff not the most friendly, but after we have gone their a few times, she remembered us and do provide a better service. The only thing that would stop me from going is the dining room. The room is filled with furniture that are not right for the space, bulky tables and chairs take up too much room in a already on a small side dining room. Food is good though! And parking is so easy because it’s across the street from the Best Buy shopping mall.
The foods are good and affordable. However, the wait time is too long, wish that they can have more chefs and better service.
Always has a good experience. Dining in: if they know you appreciate authentic Chinese food, you will get an elevated experience (duh)
Obvious it’s not a place that you come for great environment or service. Food tastes good though, at a decent price. Would come back.
Awesome authentic and Americanized Chinese food. Very clean inside as well, don’t let the outside fool you!
The flavor and portion is okay, but in the dry panned combo there are too much chicken and not as many kinds of meat/veggies. A bit disappointed!
This is a terrible place. I ordered crispy pork rips on Grubhub, but they gave me pork chop. When I complained, they did not event said sorry. They even said that pork rips and pork chops are the same. Very rude!!!. I do not recommend this place.
