HORRIBLE DRIVE THRU CUSTOMER SERVICE THE CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS LIKE BITING INTO A LEATHER BELT ...IF YOU DONT WANT TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS FIND ANOTHER CAREER SHOULD NOT SERVE FOOD LIKE THIS ..THIS IS WHY I ONLY EAT FROM CHECKERS IN EAST ORANGE JERSEY CITY IS GARBAGE
Poor night managent. Supervisor literaly messed up the guy before me had to run his card 2x then when I got up asked what I ordered . When I said # 5 she Said no u didn't. Then I said I did her response was to give me nasty look walk away . After several min another employee came to window and said that was the manager and me sitting here was just a waste of time(this employee was polite and probably should be the manager)
Worst experience ever. I never write reviews. I waited over 30 minutes just to get from where you order your food to the window. When I got to the window there was food all over the floor, everything inside is covered in greese, the cashier was beyond rude and they gave me the exact opposite of what I ordered. To add insult to injury while I was waiting they gave me somebody else’s order while the canopy leaked water in my car. Avoid at all costs.
Pleasant polite attendant , Friday fish first time experience was the better of the fish sandwiches I've had on Friday nights I shall return.
The food is good, very good and the service could be better, the employees don’t look friendly or happy, I think they hate to be working there but I try to be kind and wish them a great shift to everyone.
It was little late at night and they didn't have spicy chicken petties ready so they made us fresh petties and also brought it to our car in a lot!!! Excellent customer service !!!
I ordered 4 burgers and 1 free chicken stripe with promotion on Uber Eats. However, the restaurant seems out of chicken stripe, so they send my a bacon cheese fries, it's okay XDanyway the flavor is good, and it has triple patties, double chicken and double fish burger

Love Checkers food! Haven't been there in a VERY long time so decided to stop there omw home late night. Food was great, but order was wrong. Not the first time they got my order wrong.
I went to pickup Uber Eat they gave me the pickup food and missing drinks. I asked them. They gave me only one. O told them it shows three. They gave one more and said everything's they gave it to me...Iam not recommended for this store to buy food unless u have no other choice...
