Update (July 2nd 2022) Been frequenting this establishment for months. My wife and I come here every weekend for brunch. Everyone here is fantastic and friendly. Very attentive, amazing food always consistent. This place is absolutely a must visit. High quality food for an affordable price. The staff is amazing. The owner truly cares. I never expected to find such a gem. I have visited there a few times and the menu is always fresh and great.

One of the best breakfast spots in town! Delicious and unique menu options that will have you coming back for more. Pictured below and my personal favorite - crispy bacon fried rice!

My Wife to be and I visited Cafe Alyce. The food was okay nothing to write home about. The food takes a lil while to come out which is okay I rather hot fresh food over anything, however my biscuit was not hot. Everything else was nice n hot. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits. The Shrimp I did not like. It was something about them that tasted a little off. I did not finish the shrimp. I enjoyed the grits, however I do not like Green onions or onions period. I think that it should be asked if you want them on your plate. The staff was very sweet and welcoming. My wife had ordered a Country Boy Breakfast. She hated the Hash browns she states they were horrible and unseasoned, however if you add their homemade ketchup it will taste a little better because it is a different flavor. The grits were nasty and they actually brought out the wrong food for her twice. The experience was a good one, unfortunately we will not be back to eat but will come for the Cappuccino's which we had and it was great. The space is a bit small and they had little Gnats ( Drain Flies) which was annoying. The Water is Nasty it tastes just like Tap water, it just taste nasty especially once it's warm. The last thing that I did like about the place was we were offered fresh fruit While we waited so damn long for our food.

We traveled from Brooklyn (4), for my Friend Training. The Breakfast was Great and Delicious, I should have taken a picture after I finished it. Nice and hot. Very attentive, I forgot the Waitress name but she was great. Best place to go. I could just imagine Lunch and Dinner. ☺️

Delicious food and amazing service. They have a separate waiting area where they serve water and complimentary coffee, which is a nice touch. Shows they respect their customers. The food is delicious. Definitely try their biscuit with home made jam - it's delicious! Oh and the orange juice - so fresh!Best part is the service. We sat at the counter and chatted with pretty much everyone. They are very happy chatting with their customers even when they are packed. The owner also came over to check in on us. They were all happy and the energy just goes around.Highly recommend the place. It's BYOB.

Very happy to have this place nearby! I'm from down south and sometimes I crave biscuits and gravy (so does my boyfriend who's from NJ) and now we have our spot! Their food is very good - great quality and flavor. And they're accommodating for someone like me who doesn't do poached eggs (see pic - they did scrambled no problem!) And their grits are out of this world. Creamy. Fresh. The real deal. Our server Jack was SO nice and helpful. We will surely be back. Already telling friends about it!

We are traveling from SC to NYC and stopped here for breakfast! This place is absolutely incredible! Greeted by the owner and his friendly staff, we had an incredible experience from the time we walked in the door! Everything that you eat is fresh prepared in house! If you are thinking about stopping here, don’t think about it! Just do it! You won’t regret it!

Delicious food and excellent service. We got the aloo paratha and the biscuits with mushroom gravy. Both items were fresh and delicious. Tory the manager there personally stops by all the tables to say hi and check on you. Great addition to the area and highly recommended.

I finally came to this place near my church last Sunday and I really enjoyed it. Great poached eggs over homemade corned beef. The biscuits were excellent. Awesome vibe, excellent addition to the neighborhood

Authentic home made breakfast. Highly recommended to get the home made biscuit, it's fluffy and savory. The beacon is crunchy and not too salty. Hash brown is not the traditional version. Looks like a pancake style but is crunchy and soft with full flavors.
