The 3 of us had a quick bite here after a business meeting and all of us felt very sick. You actually stick to the floor when you walk through it
I know Applebee's is not supposed to let dogs in if it's not outdoor seating. I'm here and there's 2 dogs in the enclosed dining area. And of course management does absolutely nothing about it.
Was told that the wait was going to be over an hour, so opted for To Go. This place is always crowded. They need to get more employees. The wait for To Go was almost an hour. Had to eat in the car. The steak quesadilla had very little steak and cheese and was soggy. I wonder if it was sitting around for awhile. They forgot the salsa. The double crunch wings were small and very saucy. The baby back ribs very dry, over cooked and needed more sauce. Very disappointing. Not fine dining, but not cheap. I have had better at other locations. Wonder if we ate inside it would have been better......
Trigger warning!! TMI!! Whatever it takes to get my review across. Went to this location for the first moving to JC and I am positive I will not return. Both my kids have food poisoning and have been pooping since Monday after our visit Sunday 3/21. The food was disgusting and the utensils and plates were dirty with food residue still visible. This is not how you operate a restaurant, peoples health is at risk.
Nice and clean dining area.But they run very high heat inside the restaurant.And all went is just above of all tables, felt like suffocate! And It is always crowded.Food was okay!!We ordered bread pretzels, that was like just cold.Onion ring, it was one of their signature dish, but this time it is just too much dough on it.I have come many times here.Hope next time they serve me good food as well.
Ended up paying $13 for like seven pieces of wings. I could have got a large pie of pizza that would've fed my entire family for that price. Good thing I ate prior to going...
Literally gave them a chance to fix their mistakes. Over an hour and a half and they gave us trash. This was the only thing we ordered to eat. I get they are in the ghetto but to be a franchise and feed customers this trash is crazy. How is this what you come up with in over and hour with multiple tries?
Went in to get salad for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. It wasn't crowded at all so I got seated right away, which was great. The service at this particular Applebee's wasn't the best, it took forever after being seated to get taken care of. Otherwise the salad and the price were about what one would expect.
Service very slow. New guy serving - maybe why. Coffee was very good. Pub pretzels stand out soft and crispy. Beware the Mac and cheese side though. Make sure order the signature side rather than Mac and cheese. Otherwise you get Kraft Mac and cheese instead of five cheese w bacon. Yes, they are charging for boxed Kraft Mac and cheese. The bacon in the five cheese is overcooked and hard as gravel - if you false teeth don't order.
DONT GO HERE! I lived around this area for years and I’ve never had a problem with it but the current management/ servers are HORRIBLE. I been there twice and both times it’s been a horrible experience. The first time our server took forever to take our meals down , bring our food like she just gave horrible service to the point that the manager had to be our server halfway. And I went last week and it was dead nobody was in the restaurant so why was it when they sat us down nobody came up to up to take our orders. We waited 15 minutes that’s ridiculous
