Can’t believe a food truck can make such good food! I went a food truck festival in Hillsborough with my friend. We ordered two Warm Lobster Rolls ( my favorite lobster roll style, not the cold Maine style), Crab Poutine and Truffle Fries. All of them were fresh and delicious. Fresh is the soul of seafood ! As a restaurant food lover, I barely ordered food from a food truck. But, next time, when I walk along the Hudson River in JC, I will definitely go with this food truck and order all above 3 again!
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!! The menu says LUMP CRABMEAT ITS ACTUALLY BACKFIN CRAB MEAT! Crab Poutine Fries are disgusting no seasoning just fries with crab spread over top sauce is disgusting. The crab cakes are not lump either I don’t know how this place is even in business!!!!! NY & NJ people need to leave the crab cake making alone. BIG FAIL & WASTE OF MONEY ?.
After years of waiting for the chance to eat at the food truck, I finally got my chance today. Ordered the lobster Mac and honestly I might as well have eaten the $20 bill it cost me for this meal. Lobster wasn’t fresh, nor was it cooked properly. Macaroni had no seasoning. Ridiculous that they’re charging this much money for lobster that tastes like it’s been feasting on dead bodies in the Hudson for all of its life.
Had clam chowder, angry lobster roll & truffle fries from the truck - all really really fresh and tasty!
Truly amazing food, but I was overcharged today. Person before me $19 for a lobster roll, person after me, $19 for a lobster roll, menu $19 for a lobster roll. Me? $40 for two lobster rolls. Upcharge for a single woman? Because it was busy? Such a shame. Loved it, but won’t go back again. Seems shady. Not worth making a scene, but definitely worth making other people aware.
These guys do it right! Crab cake is top notch, my wife loved the lobster roll, and even my friend who doesn't eat seafood said the chicken sandwich is one of the best he's ever had. I'm still thinking about the crab poutine. Highly recommend.
I was excited to get a lobster roll. I should have stuck with the original. I went with the angry lobster roll. Where the flavor was ok, it was the loaded up parsley on the sandwich. I kept chewing on sticks and stems in my lobster. Such a disappointment to ruin lobster like that.
Food is amazing . The crab cake sandwich, lobster roll and crab poutine have all been excellent! I am never disappointed!
Decent food with small and pricey servings. Poutine fries and crab cakes are good. A couple of sandwiches and some fries will run you $60 bucks. The bearded guy who takes the orders is a prickly tool as perhaps he’s Angry Archie. They don’t wear masks either even in the height of covid inside the truck so dine at your own risk
(Translated by Google) We ordered crab cake burger, lobster roll, parmesan aioli fries, and mac and cheese without lobster because the baby doesn't like it. Everything was very good. By the time we went there was only water and diet coke available, but we all liked it.
