Sorry, I do not agree with the "Best Sandwich" hype...The bread was hard and rubbery. The sandwiches (Combo, Tuna, Turkey/Prov) were tasteless. I thought it was me getting Covid (i.e lost of taste) but my co-workers agreed. We threw them out. Never Again. Kudos to those (friends and family?) who like this place

Best place to get a cold-cut sandwich. Roast beef with mozzarella is my favorite. If you want to ruin regular tuna sandwiches for yourself order a “Pete’s Tuna”, it is fantastic. Nicolo is my preferred employee to make my sandwich as well as the owner Peter. If you aren’t a sandwich person they also have salads as well as pasta salads. Whatever you order make sure you add mozzarella, it is freshly made daily. If I lived closer I could easily eat here everyday
I love this place!!! Been going here for many years, Pete and his crew are top notch. If you want a good sandwich, this is the place to go. Fresh mozz is delish! From the antipasto to the pasta salad, there is no bad choice. Visit Andreas, you won't regret it!
Just moved to The Heights. Great family run deli and very hospitable. Grabbed a deli sandwich (Soprano) to-go and it was great. Definitely will return as a regular.

The Combo is the best Italian sandwich in the NYC area. The rest of the menu is great too.
