Guuuuugghh THIS ICE CREAM IS EVERYTHING! Best American ice cream I’ve ever had. I usually only eat gelato but male hills GOD DA** yeeeesss
The quality of ice cream here is really good. I have usually stuck to the more traditional flavors they offer and have never been disappointed. My friends have gone for more adventurous choices and they keep coming back. I guess that is the best endorsement :) They do need to work on organizing their store a little though. Make a place for people to form a proper queue so that they don't need to stay outside in heat because the staff hadn't set a proper line inside. Also im general the team is pretty slow.

Milkshake was pretty okay, online ordering can be quiet deceiving as they have topping options that aren’t even available at this particular location, nonetheless the ice cream here is great quality and fresh
I'm not one to write a negative review, but wow... over $9 for a small waffle cone that was mediocre at best. The ice cream was so soft it might as well have been soft serve and the flavor barely discernible. This was arguably the worst ice cream experience I've ever had.

Omg the vegan fudge flavor that I had was AMAZING!! One of the best vegan ice creams I've ever tried! Great customer service and very clean! I can't wait to go back!

While the ice cream flavors are great, the serving sizes are small for the price, you can’t try any and the staff is not friendly at all
I have waited 5 years to try Ample Hills Ice Cream since I got their cook book in summer of 2016. We are from Ottawa, Canada and stopped by today in Jersey City with our three kids. We got there at 1pm and it said Open online and the sign was flipped to Open, but it was locked and no staff were there. We waited for 10 minutes, but no staff showed up. We had other time sensitive plans for the rest of our trip, so this was our only opportunity. Very disappointed.
