Not professional at all. From bad attitude to wearing a robe when working at the restaurant. I delivery for several platforms and this restaurant service by far one of the worst. Would like to try food so I can share my opinion with others but they don't deserve it. If you can't treat me with respect, I can't trust you on how you prepare my food!
I order through Uber two times today and both times my order was canceled. I called and the worker stated that the first time I canceled the order, WHICH I DID NOT. The second time my order was canceled, the worker said that the Uber driver damaged the food. Please don’t order from this store. Please don’t.
They are good but for the prices they are alittle stringy with the oxtails, I paid for 2 orders and jerk chicken that I paid for extra sauce (DIDN'T get that) definitely spent good money with y’all just to get 4 oxtails in each platter. First and last time ordering from them Do better
Overall I love the food here, one of my favorite go to spots however the Oxtails can be too spicy for my taste. I like a little spice but not overpowering where I cannot enjoy the taste of the meat. For that, I gave you 4 stars instead of 5.
The food is delicious, and portions are appropriate. Racine (I hope I spelled it correctly) is the epitome of what above and beyond customer service should look like.
I ordered via doe dash and these people gave me old curry. As you can see in the right side of the photo, the oil has started to harden. The rice smelled SOUR. Did not eat and I will be disputing the charge. Disgusting.

It was bad we waited almost 30 minutes for food that was sitting on the warmers and my daughter is a banana allergy and requested NO plantains i literally watched the lady just take them off and give the food back things like that is gonna cost someone their life. NEVER GOING BACK
The manager was very helpful (Bubbles) she came out of her way too bring new food too my house because I door-dashed it and it was messed up. The food is amazinggg soo much flavor thank you soo much.
