Ordered food and 2 strawberry pies. They send me apple pie I'm allergic to apples. They tried to make it right by offering me a free family meal. Still haven't received nothing and they don't answer they phone. Now I'm about to call corporate on them.
The cashier acted like I was bothering her by ordering. Attitude and appeared to be lazy. Needless to say I won't be back. Good customer service is everything and she had none!! Place was filthy also....
They suck. Always and wait with a side of bad attitude. The "ladies" at the counter need to go back to kindergarten to re-learn how to talk to people..for real..
Went to pick up a order today and trust me when I say this place was filthy from the kitchen to the dining area was like a pig's pen, the table's had left over food on them, not to mention the nasty attitude from the lil hood rats they have working there, if I could give 0 star I would, I'm wondering if these establishment have someone to do daily surprises check ups, just nasty and disgusting
I gave 1 star only because it was the only way to leave a review. I've never been more ashamed of my people than I have today visiting this particular location on Mill Rd. The word "Ghetto" will not suffice and is too nice in describing the atmosphere. I wasn't sure if it was a restaurant, daycare or hangout spot. A toddler was running in the back to the kitchen area eating a biscuit, staff calling eachother lazy, Pants sagging displaying boxer briefs on the utility guy, as well as the unnecessary attitudes from every female employee aided in my decision to write this review. And let's not forget waiting over 30 minutes for only chicken and fries. Clearly everyone, especially the manager does not know the meaning of hospitality and the effectiveness of providing great customer service. When you know better, you do better. Such a disappointing dining experience.
The place was dirty. Some of the items I wanted they said they were out of. The managers top was dirty looking.I will definitely not go back. The young lady who pack my food was the only pleasant experience about the transaction.
This was my first time at this location.It was on Saturday 3/12/22 I just wanted to grab something real quick and I just happened to drive past! When I first walked in I thought about turning around because the line was soooo long. But it was snowing and I just wanted to get home!! I'm not sure if she was the manager or just a supervisor, but she needs to be the manager! Mya came in there and got straight to business!!! She had to make everyone put some pep in their step, she got the line down in 2.5 seconds!! Great Job Mya, they need more like you girl!!! Great customer service Her service was a 10!!!
I waited for fresh chicken and they gave me old small pieces. And shorted me a piece. Disappointed!

I would give zero if I could. This restaurant is dirty and the slowest, most disgusting Popeyes, that I've ever been to. The manager is very unprofessional. They charge you different prices than what is displayed. When I mentioned it, the manager became ghetto and disrespectful. I asked for a refund. The manager came for behind the counter to try to intimidate me, and told me that she wasn't giving me a refund. Now the manager is becoming even more ghetto, because she's mad that I had Irvington P.D. on the phone to get my money back. I received my refund and that trifling store will not receive any more of my money. Buy at your own risk!!!!
