The worst experience at Mill Road, Irvington, NJ! I am accustomed to waiting on line to order, but I was then made to wait 20 minutes more only to be told there was no more spicy white meat chicken. I asked how long the wait would be for the next batch. She replied with an attitude, "Miss, I said there's no more". All the while, employees were hanging outside of the restaurant.I asked for a refund and she put the money back on my card, which is probably policy, but money that is returned to a card is usually unavailable for 24 hours. If that has been the only money I had, I couldn't have eaten that night.I was also given the wrong receipt. When the number was called, the customer before me discovered that we had duplicate receipts.As a loyal Popeyes customer, I drove to the Springfield Ave, Irvington, NJ location and had a great experience!
Service is too slow and that chicken sandwich was/is more breaded than meat, on a bun. Disgusting! Back to the basic chicken parts I go, and another Popeyes. Only got two stars because it was warm and packaged well.
THIS IS THE WORST POPEYES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE THE LADIES IN THE DRIVE THRU ARE SO RUDE AND AND NASTY THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG Every time I GO THERE AFTER REPEATING MY ORDER TO ME THREE TOMES AND STILL GETS IN WEONG AND WANT TO YELL AND GO AT ME AND SLAM THE WINDOW BECAUSE THEY WERE WRONG THEN TELLS ME IF I WANT MY WXTRA BISCUIT THAT I PAID FOR I HAD TO GO BACK AROUND AGAIN DONT GO HERE OLEASE
I placed an order through the app. I was given the wrong order, then told I didn't order a drink that was on my receipt. Two of the employees looked at the receipt and told me I didn't order this drink. Smh. Worst experience I've ever had at a popeyes.
The drive thru was a little slow, but the server made up for it by giving me more chicken. That is the right way to do customer service! I will definitely be back there.
I always take my chicken for dinner from Irvington Popeyes because the have what i want and prepare it well. I appreciate the cooks more. Last night chicken was so good.
This place is over price they don’t give you the food you order really a bad costumer service
Everytime me and my wife goes there we either have to wait long for someone to take our order at drive thru and then when we order our food something is always wrong with our order.
I don't really like popeye's chicken at all. I go there out of convenience. The chicken is usually DRY.
Managers are nasty and rude to people, the staff is very unprofessional they close the window on you before you can finish your speech and they’re rude and disgusting and refused to give me the managers name when she was being very rude to me the manager also just walked away when I was just letting her know she got my order wrong this place has gone down in value and they need to shut it down to be honest. Or have someone coming to re-train all staff there
