A couple of times I ordered a pizza here with tomatoes, cheese and bacon, you had to wait a little bit and voila delicious pizza is ready.
I picked up my order the other night and when I got home my pizza was warm and looked old. Like the pizza was someone else's that didn't want it. I usually have a good experience with this location, but highly recommend Kenilworth. The kid that waiting on me was very polite and professional, but there is no excuse for giving someone what was obviously an old pizza. One of the seals on the box was already broken and didn't notice it until after I left. I only live 2 mins away from the store, and I got there on time. No excuse for such laziness. Won't be going back and I am reporting this.
Order my food at 7:41pm for pickup wasn’t notified at 11.44pm order was ready. No manager on site they didn’t even redo the food
I wasn't too impressed with the pizza at this location. In this area, location matters as far as quality of the food.
Amazing, picked up 'my supposed' pizza ?, only to get to the house and open it, did I realize it wasn't what I had ordered. Oh, did I get angry as hell! when you have waited for 25 minutes to pick up, only to be handed a wrong order. But then mistakes happen and man is to error. I called the manager and explained my situation, he listened and apologized and promised my pizza ? will be delivered, my pizza was delivered in no time with no delivery costs, I enjoyed my pizza, was satisfied and remained loyal customer as before, of course I'll keep getting my pizzas from Papa John's
Bad customer service. Awful experienceRude and unprofessional workers. Stayed talking on the phone for several minutes b4 I could get my order in.
Oh My Goodness!This establishment is in "The Hood" (and that ain't good)!!No parking, so make sure not to go alone cause someone will need to circle the block while you wait for your food.The poppers we got were overcooked and not edible. The problem is my son Loves Pappa John's but next time we will have to find another location.
Absolutely delicious.. Saved my birthday party and the pizza was delicious..
It sucks when you are giving your money to businesses that have customer service people who have an attitude as soon as you walk in the store and when asked for a receipt was ignored at first, had to knock on glass window and server act like if I was bothering him.
