The worse!!! 6am. No one took my order in the second lane so I pulled up to first window to order . Then credit card machine goes down. Meanwhile the homeless begging for food/money on the side of my car. I told the girls just let me pay cash , she goes , wait wait wait . Now I’m aggravated . Machine works and I wind up giving homeless $5 just to leave me alone . However , girl at second window was nice but very unorganized and dirty on the outside . I can imagine the inside . Ughhhhh now late for work
The food was good but they forgot my 19 PC nuggets for the second time
Im not a fan of McDonalds, i prefer to cook my own burger yet this place is always packet so the foods most be good to those that eat this type of food

For the first time a polit and good customer service employee. Food was fresh as well.
staff was extremely rude and unclear - we were told to pull forward, as if to be dropped off food in the reserved drive through section and then got scolded because we didn't understand the unclear directions. overall, every member of the team that greeted me at the window was rude and boy understanding.
Horrible — I could not even get a cup of water to go with my medicine this morning although I have spent almost 20 dollars here this morning for two apple pies and a sausage mc muffin — disgusted ! McDonalds and all these other multi billionCorporations talk about ethical and social responsibility however a paying customer cant even get a drop of water —. I truly am OVER all these blood sucking corporations …. McDonald's you have lost a valuable customer !
Fries are not freshly hot they are room temperature customers quality is about integrity service of McDonald's staff compassion to customers expectations
