Normally I don't have any problems with this KFC. I like to support us. But today II stopped by a little after 12. I ordered the number 5 which is the hot wing combo. The wings were saturated in grease!! They were hot as if they just came out of the grease. So clearly they did not place them on the sheet to settle. I called the business at least five to six times and the number continued to be busy.
Didn't Like this KFC, They Served Me Burnt Chicken and cold fries, I've Been There for Lunch Once it was Better Then, But the Evening's a Different Story?
I was just there 45 minutes ago, order 2 chicken breast. Get home only had 1, I paid $8.00 for 2 chicken breast only received 1, tried calling several times they wouldn't answer the phone. Poor management as well as the employees. Need to close them down.
I visit this kfc 2 weeks ago.the worst kfc ever i visit.the lady on cashier i give her my order and i am waiting 20 minutes and then i ask her my order..and she replies that she forgot my order...after 30 minutes of waiting...i have my dinner meal. The chicken is not fresh and hot.i order 3 piece meal.i eat only one because i am hungry...rest 2 chicken piece i throw in bag.and she even said sorry to me.so i request to the owner of this kfc branch...plz keep eye on your kfc workers. Because customers review is matter.
Food was served very quick. My kids enjoyed their chicken and fries.
Drive through experience was unprofessional, simply terrible! Girl was rude, told us if we needed to add a side we needed to go around the drive through when there were no cars behind us cause it was slow. Then instead of 10 pieces of chicken we got seven cold greasy pieces. Then they forgot to add Mac n cheese and when we asked her she simply got upset and didn’t apologize. They need to be trained in customer service and be thought some basic manners!
I'm a KFC fan, unfortunately it was not a good dinner (take out) experience last. Total bucket was a total letdown. Chicken was not golden crisp; more like brown. Change out your oil guys; no excuse. Mash potatoes, gravy, and biscuits were good but I need my chicken.
They never gave me my dipping sauces, the fries were over salted, the portions of mac and cheese and mash potatoes were small as heck, and the most disrespectful was when I asked for lemonade and they gave me water and lemon.
The chicken and mashed potatoes and cole slaw were good.
Great place for pricey chicken sandwiches. Keeping this real, this place is not the cleanest, and still smells greasy in the air; second to an auto mechanic garage. However its chicken are delicious, and with the pandemic, thank god they don't allow dine in.
