My food from here is always good as far as the fish but THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS FREAKING HORRIBLE I MEAN TERRIBLE . They literally only cater to there kind of you get what i mean . They don’t greet you , they see you walk in standing next on line they literally would allow they familiar face clients skip you and it’s insane because if imma going to spend 40$ on food i expect my service to be great especially for a takeout restaurant it’s insane . I own a business and i never would provide the lack of customer service that they do they have to do better

This is by far the worst Haitian establishment I’ve visited. Not only did they mess up my order they gave me false information over the phone, not giving me salad and plantain that they said would come with my food. On top of that when voicing my concerns they said they could do anything about it. Until they decide to charge me an extra 5 dollar for a large to get my missing portions. I already paid for my original meal “($11) but then told me I couldn’t use my card unless I sent 8 dollars forcing me to buy more just to use my card. Because of there mishaps. They were super unprofessional and was messing up other orders whiles I was there. Terrible experience..
Talk to much before helping customers. Food was bland but fresh. Price is good.
This place used to be better. Food is now poorly prepared, customer service is horrible and they don't wear masks in the kitchen, only when they come out where people can see them. My order was incomplete after waiting over 40 minutes then was lied to when I tried to confirm that everything I ordered was in the tray. Never again!
