Service subpar, order incorrect, no sense of appreciation for customer. Ordered munchkins and donuts all thrown in same bag... coffee was lowsy.
THEY WERE VERY NICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. HOT COFFEE WAS GOOD. VISIT YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID ?
Person at register had to have the order repeated to her 3 times. She also didn't know the names of the donuts they sell. Not the greatest experience.
I live in the area and frequent this location because it's close to home but at this point for 3 years of trying to shop local and support minority businesses, I just can not anymore. The fact that this location never has any caramel in stock is definitely bothersome. I mean if you run out so often, common retail sense would say to order more to cover your bases but this store just can not keep up at all.The drive thru line is always out to the street and looping around. But when I send my daughter to the store with a text message of what she should be getting, these staff can't get the orders right for nothing in the world. I am on FACETIME with my daughter and they have an issue with every customer there because they can't make coffee correct or get people's order right.The fact that they sent my daughter out of the store without a cup holder for the 2 drinks she ordered and told her they can't give her a box for the 1/2 dozen donuts that were ordered that they just threw in the bag is sickening. They even gave me 2 donuts that were not asked for and did not take them back to give the right donuts and refund my money makes me make up the decision to never ever so long as I shall live return to this location. My daughter walked 10minutes home and coffee spilled all over her. HATE is a strong word but this location gets ZERO stars and a bunch of HATE from me.You have lost my business forever. Never ever again will I purchase from this establishment.
This place is horrible the team of dunkie donats are not respectful, because I did not have a car did not let me take my order and plus told me after the cars pass by I can order, and that’s not enough another person did not have a car and she did order but she did not want me to take my order
9:00am today 1/23/22The young woman at the window is very RUDE!! She closed the window on my mom while she was talking. After she asked what was our order again. I worked at Dunkin before terrible customer service.
They handed me a muffin that was hard like it's been there a long time and a bug crawled out of the bad They handed me. The drive through is very slow. Save yourself food poisoning and do not eat there.
Bad service and drinks aren’t made as request.
They are rude and service is slow. I only went there twice and first time I went there they was slow and rude but order was on point. Second time slow, rude and they messed up my order. Cars coming in thru the one way and parking lot a mess
