Friendly staff clean inside I ordered 30 chicken wings absolutely delicious ask for large wings what they gave me were small my 5 year old grandson ate 6 by himself and he’s a skinny little boy
The amount of traffic this place gets they need to buy the laundry mat next door And expand. The Chicken is soooooo good. I will spend my last on this place.
Chicken grease was old and chicken wasn't that good this last time. Grease needs to be changed regularly to make sure that the chicken is fresh. Not golden brown but dark. Sort of tasted like they cooked fish in the grease.Do better Ambassadors. The hood expects better.
Food was amazing qill definitely be returning. The parking lot is always full sp be prepared to park and walk
The gentleman in the front is extremely attentive to your orders. He neverikes to give you food that's not hot & fresh so if you call & say 10 minutes but get there in 25/30 you're gonna wait a bit lol...

Very terrible service...I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered on grub hub and they didn't have the food ready when I arrived. I had to wait 45 mins which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. They claim they are understaffed and overworked, but the last 2 times I ordered from them, I had the same experience with lousy service and extremely long wait times. They put a help wanted sign in the window since last year, but no one wants the job because they pay slave wages. The service will remain terrible for years to come. I have given them enough chances to improve. I will not be returning. ??

Grabbed a 20piece order of wings ....maybe it was an off day but the wings were smaller then my thumb...chicken was more on the over cooked side and also had a fish taste to them...
I’m surprised at how fresh and how well the food is made here.I honestly thought this place would be like a regular chicken shack that’s why I never ordered from here.I was expecting greasy wings with soggy oil filled fries. BUT NO! So much better than I expected!The fries were crunchy and not greasy. The wings weren’t oily and they were fried perfectly!If I order fast food again I will definitely order from here.I’m glad they don’t add salt to the chicken and fries. You can add to your liking. But it’s so good a little pepper sauce or ketchup is all you need if not plain.
