We ate outside which was lovely. Not enough staff. Food came very slowly and was awful, except for the fish tacos, which we enjoyed.

Owner of MB&G reached out, apologized, made generous offer to earn me back as a customer. I declined, becuz restaurants need a lot of help right now, but I appreciate his sincerity and have upgraded the review. Original review: Ordered blueberry pancakes without meat. I was offered homefries instead of the meat, but declined. For $14, I was presented with two 5-inch pancakes, obviously made in advance because they were chewy and still cold to the touch. Had to ask for maple syrup. Asked for and got a replacement for the cold pancakes. So, $7 for each of two small, prefab pancakes. Very disappointing.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday evening dining. Food was delicious and service was attentive. The only constructive criticism I would make is to find a way to soften the noise made on the closing of door from inside dining to outside street dining. It felt like it was slamming every 20 seconds our whole meal. We were inside and felt it was disconcerting while eating.
Fun and casual. Great for groups.

Loved the venue and eating outside. Not the best in terms of our waitress - didn’t check up on us often, didn’t ask how our food was, etc. We would have ordered for drinks and all, but we were never asked. Food was fair - didn’t enjoy what I had. Meat didn’t taste like it was good. Didn’t have the opportunity to share my feedback with my waitress because she wasn’t present and didn’t ask.

Ordered a few apps and drinks while watching the draft. The wings were not even really edible they were so over done. The meatball was fine but nothing special. The blue cheese wedge came with Italian dressing which is super strange. Sent it back to ask for blue cheese dressing and again, it was fine and nothing special. Bacon was overdone and there was maybe half a strip on the whole thing? Probably won’t go back unless with a big group just for drinks.
