Our favorite place in Northern New Jersey. We are vegan and the menu is phenomenal. We also take all of our non vegan friends as they cater for all.
I love this place! They have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free pizzas. The manager is so kind giving a great customer service. He also gives opportunities for young people to work. I love the vibe to this restaurant it has good energies. I would recommend you to go there . Their chicken mushrooms gluten free pizza is so good.
Really bad bad experience! Canelonni had ricotta that was sour and gone bad. Caesar salad had dressing missing. Called the restaurant to tell them and the manager said the canelonni is frozen and that’s how it is! Will never order from here again.
Loved this restaurantFood ✔️Vegan food ✔️Taste ✔️Ambiance ✔️Amazing surprised to see they had a full vegan menu too.The server was super nice. They serve free garlic knots which very super tasty. We tried the vegan version too could not tell the difference in taste. The seating and ambiance is average. The pasta and the pizza pie tasted amazing we tried both types of pie and even vodka penne pasta was good.
Food has absolutely no taste. We were not seedbed any water because they didn’t have cups! When we got them they were filthy and had weird dust particles inside them. We weren’t given utensils until we asked for them. This place is extremely overrated! would not recommend .1/10. I had to add my own salt on absolutely everything and it still tasted bad. The pizza was hard and the fries were like a rock. More like old chips.Horrendous
I was back in town(NJ Hoboken). To visit family. I was very surprised about the extensive vegan menu. The food come out hot and the waitress was very patient with all of my questions. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteaks pizza(vegan). I’ll be back and recommend this place.
Love to see restaurants that are now offering a full vegan menu alongside their regular menu. of course hopefully they go full vegan one day! The food here was delicious and i’d definitely go back for more. I had the broccoli rabe and beyond sausage with penne, and my gf had the baked penne. They have a huge menu for vegan options.
I was apprehensive of getting a vegan philly cheeseteak but this place did not disappoint! Great ambience too! Will definitely come back!!!
The Brick is the number one place I go to when I go to Hoboken. Amazing place, Excellent Service, food is great. Pizza always fresh out of the oven. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality will definitely come back.
Ordered 2 pizzas and vegan fries with garlic and parmesan. 1st was a medium prosciutto pizza - my hubby’s. He enjoyed it only when took some arugula off it. Wasn’t enough prosciutto for him.To my vegan pizza I asked arugula topping and gluten fee crust. I must say that no charge for a gluten-free option was mentioned, I couldn’t even choose it unless write it in the comment.I asked, they made it gluten-free, but - in the receipt I noticed $3 for a crust. Which I wouldn’t order if I saw this beforehand. The crust was overcooked and burnt on the edges. The sauce was too sweet for me, lacking salt and flavor.Arugula I ordered as an additional topping ($2.50 inline menu, $2 in the receipt) turned into a wet, sad salad over my cheese which was in solid square-shaped slices I could take and put in a sandwich.Fries: these were soaked in olive oil, fried too much to enjoy. The menu mentioned them cooked with garlic so I won’t tell anything about it being “flavorful”.Takeaway: for $45 order we expected something more than a bowl of arugula, wet pizza (from arugula). Making it a 1 star experience because of additional costs, sad but expensive toppings, greasy fries
