Hit or miss store. The staff is great and they really try, but sometimes the orders from local offices crush them and the service is a crawl. Small narrow space, good luck finding seating. Update: The seating came back for a bit but now it's gone again. Could be a good thing because the local homeless tend to become squatters early in the day and don't give up the seating for hours.
I ordered pickup, my sandwich was there and had no turkey bacon. They also lost my coffee order and never made it. A couple other people came in for pickups too and they didn't have their orders either.
Love this Starbucks in Hoboken always clean. Warm and friendly faces working hard getting the orders perfect. Keep up the good work! Been going here for 6 years! Nothing to complain about all great compliments to all the Barista’s!!
Fast paste store and very effective. If you want a la carte service, then look somewhere else. Here you order and get your stuff and go. I would recommend you to order online for pick up, if not the line might stress you and you will end up giving a bad review like many prima donnas here. This Starbucks is good. The staff are friendly and attentive. The service is fast. They fill alot of mobile orders so you may wait a bit. Other than that it's clean and a nice location. Great job.
I live right around the corner and frequently go here. It has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Constant turn over, none of the employees care, some of them have attitudes. It’s a mess.
I work in town and it’s the best!! The staff not only is amazing with their care for our residents without homes now. But as busy as they are always make it a point to va so sweet. Love going when Bruce is there in the morning g and all of the staff really personable.
Great staff! Our barista Johnathan was so sweet and made our coffee SO delicious!
