Witnessed a rude staff today kicking a man out of the store after he pleaded with her that his wife was pregnant and all he wanted was one one and was willing to pay double for it. This is poor customer service and I will not come here again. Looked very bad especially since the customer was black and the cashier was white. Racism at its finest

My 2nd time coming here. Service is great, I got a vanilla custard/ mango ice. What a perfect combination. Prices are extremely reasonable. For a large which easily is enough for two people it's just a little under $6.
Rita's is a gift from the heavens, staff is wonderful too.

Everything was really good. Very nice and clean inside. Also fast service. You can tell they just want certain people out quickly if you get my drift... smh. It's 2021 and it's still in rotation. So sad
The cherry and vanilla gelati was very good. Customer service sucked. The girl at the front didn’t even look at me. Please train your staff on basic human interaction.
Usually excellent ices and great soft serve. Passed and won't go back again because staff were wearing masks around their necks with uncovered faces on Friday evening. No excuse for that.

I'll just love this little Rita's store. They have this cookie dough Italian ice flavor that I can't find any other Rita's and it's the best!
