I was new to this store and wanted to try but staff was not able to explain the contents which they were selling. I felt that they were hurrying me but i was new and not a pro in ordering so i felt bad.
The food was great but i am annoyed because I ordered a side of queso that was a tiny container that was filled barely halfway when normally it’s a bigger size and filled to the top. Called the manager to ask about it and she “couldn’t find my order” (when I told her my name multiple times and that it was ordered/arrived less than an hour ago so a very recent order)…. and then hung up on me and so I called her back and she hung up on me again. Was not looking to resort to writing a bad review but I’m just annoyed that she was not friendly and/or understanding
Asked them for extra hot sauce. The lady said that will be $1.25 extra
The food is typical Qdoba which is fine. But this restaurant screws up my order 90% of the time. Twice they delivered food without the protein. When I called they said they were out of it. What? Why not call me? It's always missing something... guacamole, lettuce, the tortilla shell, etc. Don't like beans? They'll throw them in anyway. I like the food better here but it's Chipotle for now on since they screw up less and they are across the street.

Quiet, quick and tasty, we always love going to Qdoba because we don't have to pay extra for the guace & queso!

Always consistently good. I always get a steak quesadilla and a soda. Yum. I really need to try other things on the menu!
This business accepts orders via the Qdoba app on days that they are closed, and obtaining a refund can take weeks. I actually had to dispute the charge with my bank to resolve it. Management here, as well as Qdoba corporate, were entirely unapologetic. The excuse I received was "We try our best to update our app as fast as can, as information about store hours and closed locations come through." Clearly there is a severe breakdown in communication.Update: I actually took the time to reach out to [email protected] and all they did was list more excuses, without making any attempt to make things right. I'm so done with this company. Chipotle is eating their lunch.
