Pico has an outdated promo deal for first time online customers. On their website it says order online and receive 20% off. When I got to check out, there was no code applied so I called the restaurant to see if they could assist. I understand we all start somewhere as a new employee but ‘Junior’, (if he even provided the correct name) needs to work on his customer service and change his delivery. I explained the issue over the phone and he said he couldn’t do anything about it rudely. I called Chow Now to see if they could help since that’s where I ended up placing the order and was also informed that he was the only employee in the restaurant on 2/27/22. Pico should avoid staffing only a new employee on a Sunday afternoon. When I went inside to grab my food, Junior was very short as he was on the phone and when I called afterwards to ask him what his name was, originally he said “a worker.” For my first time, I’m not impressed with the service and Junior should be mindful of his speech.
Not the greatest Tacos I've ever had, but the best I've had in Hoboken. The town isn't brimming with amazing Mexican food, but this place will do if you're craving authentic soft shell tacos.
We ordered via chowtown. The food arrived cold 2 hours late and the Carne asada was full fat. The gauc was brown. I called 3x and the hostess kept saying the food was on the way but no update. Won't be ordering here again!
Simply delicious! I really enjoyed the corn and shrimp tacos.
Nice variety of tacos from braises pork, grilled chicken, fish, shredded beef, grilled beef, to shrimp.
Wow! Pico Taco is the definition of a go to taco spot, with great prices and quality tacos to keep you going. So fresh and scrumptious!
Why does the guac look like it was made with blue Powerade ? Food was good. Guac is sketchy
Terrible- put no onions in the notes and even called to confirm and she confirmed she saw the notes . Of course they put a ton of onions. So careless so i had to throw it out and waste money. Terribly packaged drink spilled all over the boxes just so carless all around would not order again - to many great places in hoboken that actually care.
