Well, pizzas come n three sizes. The small isn’t. Appetizers are well prepared and presented. We had two apps, one so called small pizza, and three sodas for $54. After tax, but before tip. Pleasant outdoor seating and airy indoor seating, too.
Grear pizza and super tasty pesto cream pasta. A small restaurant in Hoboken, but enjoyed every moment of dining here!
My daughter gives this restaurant an infinity-star rating. The customer service is fantastic, making us feel very welcome and at home. The food is delicious and they went out to get strawberries especially for my kids' desserts. Can't ask for more!
Taste and quality was below average. They looked delicious but were a little dry and close to flavorless. Not worth it for that price.
I rarely write bad reviews for any local businesses but I was so disappointed by our experience yesterday. We've ordered from here before and have had similar issues with slight delays, but usually give them the benefit of the doubt since we like their menu.Last night was the worst we had ever experienced. We ordered at 6:45pm and the estimated delivery time was 1.5 hours, so we were already prepared to wait a bit. It ended up taking over THREE hours and MANY follow up calls later! Each time we called, we didn't even get a legitimate response or any form of an apology. The staff hung up on us multiple times saying they were "putting us on hold" or "asking the manager". I even overheard "Oh, did Jose ever take it?" .... we kept wondering if they had forgotten about our order entirely and if we should just heat up a frozen dinner.We understand that it had snowed earlier in the day and that could cause some delays, but we are literally a 10 minute walk away. Could we have walked over to pick up our order instead? Normally yes, but this time, my husband and I happed to have Covid, so we obviously didn't want to infect everyone at the restaurant...With no other option at this point, we just had to sit and wait until 10pm to get our pizza. When we finally did get it, it was cold and rubbery, so not even worth the wait. This was definitely the final straw, and sadly we won't be ordering from Napoli's again.
The pizza is so great! The best pizza I've ever had in the US, or even in the world. Nice local restaurant with relaxing environment and great price and food.
Easily some of the best pizza you can find in the area. Even better than most places in NYC which is impressive. Sauce is a full flavored affair without over taking the flavor of the crust, cheese and toppings. Salad was fresh and crispy, no wilted greens. The meatballs with sauce, yum!Definitely becoming a regular!
Napolis was my go to pizza place but unfortunately I will never be back. I ordered two personals pies at 6:19pm, delivery estimate was 8:18. I was ok with the wait. 8:30 rolled around and I called the restaurant to check on the order. “It just left it will arrive in 5/10.” Great thanks. 9pm rolls around, I call and ask to cancel the order. I am then hung up on, and placed on hold 5 times with no one returning, before calling a sixth time and asking to speak with a different employee. Then I spoke with Amber who was very apologetic, refunded the order, and promised the food would still be delivered as it was already out for delivery. No pizza ever showed up. Not only that, I had to then call the restaurant again the following day to ask for the refund again because I was told I would receive an email confirming the refund which I did not. Finally my refund was received, however I am still left with a pizza-less soul. A sad day in Hoboken.
I tried eating at Napoli’s a few months ago because I heard how great it was. Wow, what awful service. Incredible…I figure it’s been 2 months let’s try delivery company maybe it will be better. Lol they take 2+ hours for delivery when they say 1 hour?? What a joke…
Placed an ordered for one large pizza online and waiting 30 minutes then called to see if it was ready and I was told they never received my order even though they charged me for it. Then all of a sudden they found it, they told me to wait for another 15 min it will be ready. I went in after 25 minutes still not done! It’s like they kept skipping my order over and over. Never again!
