loved the cookies, i tried oatmeal chocolate walnut cookie and it was just delicious. there is usually a huge line outside the store but this time i got in quick and the service was pretty quick and easy.good cookies, good service what else you need.there is also option for ice cream and ice cream cookies.worked perfectly with me.do visit
I am simply giving a single star not for the food but for the staff. One particular person there was extremely rude and yelled at us just because we sat down on a spot which we thought was for the public to be seated. He didn’t let us look at the menu in peace and drove us to make a decision which was very irritating. Lastly he screamed out again as he was out of ice cream. Extremely disappointed, he could have just been a little kind. I was so disappointed I didn’t even try the cookie. They need to hire better and friendly staff !!!!!
This location is hands down the best. From the cookies to the employees are awesome. Every visit I'm served\treated with the best customer service. if you haven't gone by trust me when I say "you're missing out".
This was our first time at Insomnia cookies and not only was the staff incredible but the cookies too. Incredibly. Their S’mores and triple chocolate chunk cookies are probably the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!!
Their cookies are freshly baked and so flavorful. They have multiple options that are very unique and delicious. The service is great. I recommend to order in advance and pick up as wait time to order can get very long. Definitely a must try!

Awesome cookies shop in Hoboken. Place is open till late night and usually crowded over the weekend. I bought 6 cookies of Chocolate chunk and cookies remains very soft even after few days.
The owner was kind enough to pack me 6 cookies when I told him my son asked for some insomnia cookies - when the sign actually on the door read “Be right back, Baking’. He gave me 6 freshly baked cookies and didn’t charge a penny.Fresh out of the oven. My son and family loved the cookies. Thank you so much!!

I ordered 1h and 15m prior to the store closing, order never arrived. Nobody from the store ever reached out. I had to speak with two different customer service reps to find out that the store was short on drivers and it wouldn't be coming at all. First customer service rep offered me a refund (which would be $29.91) *OR* a $5.00 gift card. I told her that $29.91 was greater than $5.00, so obviously I would choose the refund. She said that because the delay wasn't longer than two hours, she couldn't do anything else for me. I pointed out that the store was closed, so it would be much longer than two hours before I received my order. Both of these challenges greatly exceeded her capacity for logic, so I was out of luck. The second rep was fortunately not as challenged, and after making my case all over again I received a refund and a gift card.Note to the Hoboken bakery: If you're not going to fulfill your orders, notify your customers. Not very complicated.
