The food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter - Nick - was personable. One of the owners stopped by to ask how everything was. We were not rushed. Will definitely go back

Came here on a Friday night for dinner.• Appetizers were ok, we ordered the calamari and burratta, not the best but they were fine.• My BF ordered the eggplant parm casserole, he enjoyed it• I ordered the chicken parm, it had zero flavor ? would not recommend

Excellent Awesome Food service

Great food and service! Our waitress recommend itemss we were not considering and we went with her recommendation. Both were fantastic!

Arrived around 8 restaurant was busy and lound. Sat inside waitress took a while to come over. Ordered drinks then ordered our food . Waitress never noticed we did not have silverware and never brought us bread . The runner noticed right away we did not have anything when he brought the meatballs as app. They were perfect flavorful and soft. Waitress nowhere to be seen and they brought the entrees. Runner had to clear the plates to serve entrees. We had Linguine garlic oil. , orriecette with short ribs and a special chicken pepereccini. All were excellent but still no waitress . Had to flag her down to get a glass of wine. After the meal the waitress did not realize that she should clear the plates before dessert . We had to ask her and she still left the bread basket and some silverware. No wiping the table or anything like that . We ordered 2 cappacinos and toasted almond cake . Cake was very good . She brought over the two capos which were half a cup with all espesso a tiny bit of steamed milk . When my wife asked if this was a capo she proceeded to explain what a capo was. Obviously she never gad one in her life. I understand it is tough to find good workers today but management needs to train people better. Also she may have had tables outside thats why we did nit see her. If thats the case its restsurant 101 to have stations together . Also might be a good idea to have a couple of bus boys helping out.

The price from the check is different from the price from the menu, the store increased the price and didn't notify us beforehand, that is very unacceptable and the food is actually really bad too. The breaded chicken is so dry and the sauce smelled&tasted like Panda Express leftovers, the salmon is terrible too, it's not fresh at all and it tastes weird. Our server is very nice and patient but our experience with the food is very unpleasant and we will not come again whatsoever.

Like many of my other bookmarks, Il Tavolo has been sitting on the list for a while. I finally got the chance to check this place out on a Saturday. My cousin made reservations for our party of 5 for 6 pm and it wasn't too crowded yet. It's a very beautiful and chic space and gives Italy vibes, which i loved. To start, we ordered some bruschettas to share, which I didn't think were anything special:Smoked Salmon (with mascarpone cheese topped with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, & capers ) - good but nothing you couldn't make at homeRoasted Strawberries (with whipped ricotta drizzled with a rich balsamic glaze) - this reminded me too much of strawberry jam so that's all I tasted. I didn't pick up on any of the salty notesArtichoke Hearts (with garlic, herbs, & bread crumbs topped with shaved parmesan cheese) - this was the best of the bunch but still only okay. I think there were too much breadcrumbsI would say you can skip these an opt for an actual appetizer, like calamari or burrata or something. You can never go wrong with some burrata. We also shared the Watermelon Salad (served with arugula, fresh mint, thin sliced red onions, & ricotta salata crumbles drizzled with a rich balsamic glaze). This isn't something I would normally order. I probably would have went with a boring old Caesar salad, but my husband was actually the one who said he wanted to try it, and I'm really glad we did. The watermelon was so refreshing on a hot summer day and balanced the bitterness of the arugula and saltiness of the balsamic. After this, I became obsessed with the salad and started making it at home and the twist is - my husband is now sick of this salad, lol.For mains, I had the Cheese Sacchetti (aka Beggar Purses - four cheese filled fresh pasta purses served in a pink basil cream sauce with shrimp). I loved the sauce and the pasta. I have a weakness for pink/tomato cream sauce. The shrimp were a good size and cooked perfectly but they tasted like they were from frozen. It was a pretty big portion since I had some leftovers (which we ended up eating later that night). Hubby had the Short Rib Ragu (boneless short ribs simmered in tomato sauce tossed with orecchiette pasta topped with a dollop of lemon basil ricotta & a touch of pesto). I don't love braised meats because of the texture but the lemon basil ricotta was *chef's kiss*. I would be happy just eating that with a nicely toasted piece of bread. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well and also had leftovers to bring home.Definitely will be back to check out their other menu items, and some of their cocktails!

This isn’t your family’s Sunday-style cooking, nor will it taste like it. This is more of a modern take on Italian, but it was still good. The marinara was too thin, and their sauce was too sweet. The penne, one of the most popular dishes, was just ok. I can’t see the hype over it except for its dish placement. The sauce wasn’t creamy hence how it’s more orange than pink… plus It did not have enough seasoning. The burrata didn’t melt or pour into the dish. The stuffed clams were so good and not something I’d typically order, but I am glad I did because without it would’ve had two stars at most.Overall, if you aren’t going for drinks or the clams, I’d skip.

Delicious food and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reservations are a must! We will definitely return!

Excellent food, beautiful setting and top notch service!
