Okay, guys. This place is absolutely phenomenal. I’d give it more stars if I could. Parking around the area is good. Not too congested. I had a Prosecco sangria, steak and eggs for brunch, a lava cake for dessert and an espresso martini to finish. AMAZING. Everything was tasty and delicious. The ambiance is delightful. Decor is rustic. Music is great. Service was exemplary and they were super attentive. AMAZING!! Can’t wait to come back already.
Absolutely amazing experience. Food, drinks and ambiance are a 10/10. Great live music also! Pasta special (Tagliatelle with figs, proscuito and asparagus in a light cream sauce topped with goat cheese) was out of this world.
I got the croissants french toast and blueberries with bacon on the side and my gf got the truffle omlette. The French toast and bacon were amazing. It has maple syrup on the croissant French toast thing. They poured the maple syrup on top without my knowing and put a little too much on top but it was good nonethelesThe truffle omlete was okay. It didn't have much flavor wise and a little too much truffle oil. I would get something elseI also got the lambrusco drink and she got the prosecco sangria. These drinks I would recommendAlso be aware they charged a credit card fee WITHOUT knowing I would use a credit card. They brought the check when we asked and it was on there
Grand Vin is a good spot among other choices in the neighborhood. Cocktails are great and the food is good, but not necessarily memorable. Either way, service is consistent and I’ve never had a bad experience here
I dislike going out on Mother's Day, it's always too expensive, the service is subpar, and you're rushed out before the next sittings. The setting was perfect, a block from a parking garage, anyone who's been to Hoboken knows what a pain it is to park. The establishment is small but quaint, the service for being Mother's Day was superb! The food from the appetizers to desserts were outstanding. We were a party of 8 and everyone was delighted with every aspect of our experience. GRAND VIN WAS GRAND! We were all HAPPILY, SURPRISED!
Loved this place, a little upscale but the vibe is great!! The food was average; Tiramisu was the best.
If you are looking for experience of a great meal, do not come here! The current management lacks tact and entrepreneurship…. They are incapable of free thinking or being innovative. I did not eat all day as I was looking forward to the brunch here today. Due to cheese allergies that had gone wrong in the past I did not want to risk the meal. So I asked for calamari…. You would think I killed someone’s child…. They said no… went to the manager and still No… my daughter’s meal came through was mediocre….. I ended up not eating and the managers did not care so I paid for my child’s meal and left….been coming here for years never had this issue shame.. shame … shame! Aside from being on grand street, there is nothing so grand about this establishment any longer!
We were looking for somewhere to eat at around 9.30pm on a Thursday and stumbled across Grand Vin as it was open til midnight. What a find! All the food and wine we had was fabulous and the interior decor is 100% instaworthy. Oh and the live music was awesome too!
Went to brunch and had an amazing pulled pork Benedict. Nice atmosphere and good food!
I went to an engagement dinner here on Sunday evening and it was such a good time! The high tables in the back were perfect for a group of 15 people, and I loved the rustic vibes and good cocktails as well. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with French fries and it did not disappoint! I would definitely recommend for a good casual lunch.
