Jorge is the BEST. Great staff and food was good too!
There's a reason why this establishment has been around for DECADES. Never disappointed with food and drink quality. A big thing for me is not having peppers too mushy, and my fajita veggies are always perfectly crisp. You can't fault the place for the lack of servers, that's just the way things are now, but these servers always seem to rush to your table. The food is hot and fresh off the grill. I'll always like this place. Never had a bad experience, except for the brunch debacle of 2002, 3 margaritas each at the table and 3 more at the bar after we ran into friends. Got home not knowing how we got there...
The food, drinks and service was great! But we planned to enjoy our night there and they close at 11 now.We also spotted a mouse running across the floor where we were sitting.
No Jain (without onion / garlic) food options available. The only thing dish offer was a cheese enchiladas. They have unlimited chips & salsa which my friends enjoyed.Wished they could prepare fresh Guac. Their rice contains chicken.
This food is fanfreakingtastic. I would share a photo, but we demolished our food. The chips are fresh, and the salsa is really good. The taco salad is in a taco shell bowl, with beans, corn, cheese, and of course lettuce, and the salad came with guacamole and salsa verde, and it was so delicious. The chimichanga came with arroz y frijoles, jalapeños, guacamole, and a small salad. It was the perfect portion, as well.Excellent service, which is totally worth the 20% gratuity included.
The worst service I have ever had there. Wings were dry and unedible. After waiting over a half hour they tell me they cannot serve me a drink on their Margarita glasses cause they're unwashed but instead serves me in a much smaller cup, at the same price, GTFOH! With three staffed and not packed at all, they could not handle their customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Time to find a new place with better food and service.
Was not the best experience at all. The waiters where so nice but the host and manager where so rude and unnecessarily passive aggressive. We had to sit outside which is fine but we did ask if at any point a table inside was open if we could move and the manager was so rude and nasty. Food was good but I will not be returning. Which is unfortunate because I have been wanting ti try this place.
We did outdoor dining at East LA for the first time and it was great! The wait was a bit long since it was a nice day, but the hostess was seating people immediately as tables opened up. Actually, she was doing an amazing job juggling - taking names for the wait-list, cleaning tables, bringing out the chips and salsa, calling names to be seated and doing last calls for people who left and came back. I was really impressed how efficient and pleasant she was while working so hard. She was multi tasking really well. I wanted to say something to the manager, but it was so busy that I couldn't catch him/her. I think the hostess' name is Shadina/Shatina.There was also a really nice man bringing out food and bussing tables. I think his name is Sony/Soni. He was so nice and pleasant and really thoughtful. He was super busy but still really conscientious.I'll be back again!
Grace's real nice good drinks great food
Best tacos I ever had! This became my go too, and you should definitely try them if you haven't.
