Totally Disgusting what I just saw a girl touching donut or bagel with a bare hands. I would never come back ever again. Thankfully I didn’t ordered anything but just a coffee.
Evrytime when I come to this location the store is never open on time especially on the weekends. Its was 7:00 am on Saturday and they were still closed.
Order is totally messed up. No one answer the phone. DO NOT ORDER HERE. DO NOT.
We ordered Vanilla Chai Latte from here and the drink was not even warm enough.The location is convenient for people who want to grab coffee before getting for train ride. The location is small but the service speed is satisfactory compared to other coffee shops at train stations.
How is this still open or Dunkin.! The employees are weird & awkward especially “Paypal”. Trying to order food for someone in-need and they almost won’t take my order. What does it have to do with them if I’m paying.Getting Egg & Cheese Croissant without bacon is more expensive than getting it with Bacon. That just doesn’t make any common sense.
Orders are always messed up. Today I ordered a med uced pumpkin latte and 2 Bavarian creme donuts.I was given a mocha latte and 1 super stale vanilla cream donut. Lady in front of me ordered avocado toast w/ Bacon gets no bacon and is told she can't have the bacon even thought they charged her for bacon. Never a manager on duty and you can't get one on the phone
Convenient location but they hold they ketchup packets and straws hostage like their jobs depended on it. They don’t even make eye contact when you’re picking up your mobile order because they never give you ketchup and they know you want it.I CANT TELL YOU HOW MANY TIMES IVE MISSED MY TRAIN BECAUSE I CANT GET A STRAW OR KETCHUP!Ah! So frustrating to order from here! but the location is convenient.

They screw up the most basic orders. And, in a train station where everything runs on a time schedule you would think they would move a little faster.
