The staff is very nice and helpful! I ordered a drink and it was not what I expected, they replaced it with something else in a quick turnaround. The place is also very clean and tidy, they did a pretty good job!
I can believe the employees do not how to handle the automatic order machine. I spend 30 minutes placing an order for five people, I lost it one time… the second time machine froze on payment and the cashier does not have a clue how transfer the order to the main cashier.
Brand new place and already the worst in Hoboken. Staff careless, on the phone all the time. Unbelievable how bad the place is now. I guess the owner don't care about his business. Sad

Idk what happened to this place, but ever since they reopened they are a complete disaster in the morning. Google says they “open at 5.30” that isnt true. More like anywhere from 6-6.30. Place is fine once employees are here but dont say you open at 5.30 and have employees strolling in at 6.30. Very annoying

It's Dunkin Donuts. Bathrooms were clean despite being unlocked. I'm impressed.
Latte machine never working, I checked in 4 times always not working.
