I placed an order that said CONTACTLESS LEAVE AT DOOR. That does not mean to take it UPON yourself to bring it back to the store when nobody answers. Making it even worse when I called to check what happened they were rude on the phone and went off on a rant. They said I had to wait all over again for my food. On top of that they wouldn't leave the food at the door and said they had to give it to me in my hand.I had an exposure to COVID and was in quarantine as you should but now the delivery driver has been exposed.Why make contactless delivery at the door a thing if you don't abide by it? No tip is deserved and will not be ordering from this location ever again.
Excellent service. Right from fast delivery to the taste of food. Driver Ysidro took great care in delivering hot pizza to my door.

Compared to other Pizza chain shops Dominos is far down, but their amazing price and fast delivery makes this a better choice than many. There is always some deal in the app, and this store actually makes those really fast for pickup. Recommended for great price.
I recently placed an order and provided instructions to come up stairs. I only asked that they leave the order at my door. After 20 minutes , I noticed the tracker showed my order had been delivered. I reached out to the store and they inform me the driver was on his way and to allow more time. Within 2 minutes the driver Jose called to say that he was downstairs. I provided the code again to come upstairs at which time he told me it’s company policy not to come inside buildings after a certain times. I contacted the store manager and he explained that due to the population/demographics of my location he does allow drivers to come upstairs. I asked for refund and he told me I can drop off the order at the store and to file a compliant if I didn’t like his answer. I sent a compliant to corporate and have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, this is very common in my area.
Made an order and 1hour after it came out of the oven still not here, and we only 6 blocks away!!!
They stop the time clock when ordering car delivery, so they won't have to give you the free pizza. Meanwhile, you're waiting in your car and additional 12 minutes. They could care less.
Worst location and service! Ordered online, app shows my order is delivered but never showed up. Called the store, they said driver has too many orders and it happens sometimes. Called again and same answer. Pizza never showed up! Save yourself and order from different location.
Every time I order from here they mess up my order it’s so sad how I repeat myself 3 times my order they still get it wrong.I just don’t understand..they should just close down at this point!
