Always an excellent dining experience at Saporito. Super friendly staff, excellent food, and a nice ambience. They are BYOB too.
Better than expected, which is always nice! Earnest, efficient service. My test was going with the linguine in red clam sauce, with extra garlic. Clams were plump and fresh, not sandy (some a tad overcooked), linguine was al dente, and plenty of extra garlic without being overpowering or burnt. Side dish of spinach and garlic was perfectly prepared. Final test: tiramisu. So many bad versions out there. This one was top notch: light and freshly made on premise. Could stand a little more espresso. Overall, will definitely return, and will remember that it is BYOB! A glass of red would have been excellent...
I only dropped by for desert, so I cannot speak to the food. I had the chocolate lava cake with an espresso. It definitely looked far better than it tasted. It was basically a Duncan Hines cupcake with some chocolate sauce on top. Certainly not the iver-warm, made from scratch, desert I was expecting. I love this place. Today would be the second time I have dined here. The first time as just as exceptional. My first time, the server actually let me order off the menu. Which I thought was lovely and accommodating. I don’t exactly remember why I ordered off the menu that time.This time I had the starter with fresh mozzarella and beefsteak tomatoes. My entree was a tweaked version of a spicy rigatoni.I feel this place is very accommodating to what you want. The service was just as. I will be coming back!
Excellent BYOB restaurant with authentic Italian cuisine. I've eaten here a few times and the service, meals, and atmosphere are wonderful. Definitely my go-to spot for Italian comfort food in this area.
Great food here, they have a mix of homemade fresh and dried pasta dishes that has something for everyone. Exceptional service, we were here for a birthday and made sure to make us feel welcome and well attended. BYOB as well so you can bring whatever wine you like and not worry about selection.
Nice spot! I had an hour to eat and let the server know. We had more than enough time for an app and entrees. They even gave us bruschetta after the calmari. I would recommend it as a good date spot :)

This is a beautiful spot for a date night or a nice sit down meal with friends. Happen to stumble upon this place while on a casual stroll on Washington street (although felt a bit under-dressed for this place but the staff was very welcoming) the food was excellent and the service was on point. Would highly recommend it.
