Environment was nice, but the employees demeanor left so much to be desired. The employees seemed distracted and disinterested in being there. There was one who seemed friendly and nice.
I never do this. ever. but this location is horrible. Is it closing?? because if not maybe it should. It doesn't even seem to be open anyway. I went last night- completely closed. I've gone in the afternoon. completely closed. I've tried to order pickup from them, completely out of rice. What is going on here?
This is the second time I’ve ordered A salad to be delivered. They sent a 1/4th full bowl with NO lettuce 8 pieces of steak and rice. Then when you call no one answers. Chipotle in Hoboken… Do better!
I am writing to recognize the entire team at our Hoboken, NJ Chipotle. My daughter and I have loved Chipotle for years, and would always purchase in NY, however, since the pandemic, we have been fortunate to have Chipotle in our backyard! The food is incredible, always!! But, it's the staff, the local team that makes it all worthwhile!!! Without them, we wouldn't be able to enjoy your amazing food!!!! The team has changed so many times over, but no matter what they have been faced with, they have always persevered!!!!! You are all rockstars!!!!!!!A special shout out to the OG team which included Kevin, both original Lisa and the newest Lisa, Bella, Puma, Tony, Jay, Dana and so many others that have gone on to other endeavors...I wish you all the best!!!Most recently, a brand new elite team has been created which includes Kelvin who's leading the way, Tania, Alyssa, Hayden, Sebastian and the entire newest team, thank you for all you do each and every day! It finally again feels like you yourselves are the new OG team because it feels the same as before, where you have found your groove and what not just works best but what is best across the board!! You've created an inviting, comfortable atmosphere where your team is in sync and your customers are happier than ever!!! Gave me half a scoop of chicken and when I asked to get a full scoop, said and I quote “do you want extra chicken then?” I said no but I still ended up getting charged for the extra chicken. Usually this location isn’t horrible with portions but damn ~27$ for just 2 bowls of rice and toppings.
Visited regularly over the past few months. Please do a better job of teaching employees to wrap burritos. I get takeout orders to eat at another time, and way too frequently ingredients spill around the inside of my bag from the employees' inability to fully seal a bowl or properly wrap a burrito. Very frustrating.
Can’t make this up! Ordered 3 steak tacos, lettuce, sour cream, onions and tomatoes. Each taco had one of the toppings each. Everyone who works here needs to go back to school, you are all slow.
I’ve given this chipotle so many chances to be better. However, after several visits I continue to be disappointed in not only the lackluster bowls but the poor customer service. They give chipotle’s brand a bad taste, to be honest.
This is by far the worst chipotle around, I always have an issue here. Whether it’s the wait time,staff,or mistakes with my order.I rather travel further away to another location then go here again. I really hate this place..it sucks!!!
Corporate Chipotle, please look at the reviews of this Chipotle over the last year. This establishment is an abomination and is sinking your brand. Do something.
