Worked here during the weekday, late afternoon. Staff is hospitable, friendly, and attentive! It made my working-lunch much more enjoyable and relaxed. Other reviews have complained about the price of food, but honestly nothing surprising - it's Bluestone Lane, what do you expect lol.Excited to work at this area much more often!

The review I had here before was misplaced. Here is the resounding yes to Bluestone Lane Hoboken Cafe:On my whimsical stay across the Hudson river I was desperate for a good coffee and Bluestone showed up on my search.Coffee I got - food was excellent. Great staff, and this restaurant gets my full throated endorsement.Cheers.

Great inside decor, very helpful staff, and most importantly, good coffee! Got an iced mocha latte which was great!

We were a group of 6 that went to the Bluestone Lane for the first time. I should start by saying that the food we tried was good. They had a somewhat eclectic variety of selections. Our problems started when we were told to order online using a QR Code on the table. That did not work well for our group - so they gave us menus and took our order. The big problem however, was that they were busy and understaffed, so the service was (very) slow. So slow, that they actually forgot to serve some of our orders. And when we (finally) got ours, it was cold - inexcuseable, but because it was basically and avocado toast, it still tasted good.

I’m not sure about the bad reviews regarding the food because we didn’t order food. My husband and I came down to visit and take some pictures with his camera ? and we wanted some ☕️ and found this gem. They offer substitute milk as well. We got an iced vanilla oat milk latte that was delicious!!! It was perfect we will definitely be back!!!

This is by far the absolute worst gluten free food and experience I have ever had. Look at this piece of crap we were provided after trying to eat it....... after waiting 45 minutes for our food!!!!. This place is horrible, run. See picture of cold crappy chicken sandwhich that fell apart as I picked it up.

tldr: don't go here!!!(Invest all that extra cash or better, eat anywhere else)I am going to be detailed about my assessment of this place. The ambience and location are 5/5Coffee 5/5 ( I got a flat white). I wanted to get breakfast and coffee and possibly work here. They charged me $20 for a veggie breakfast which was just a GF bread topped with smashed avocados, eggs, spinach, heirloom tomatoes and mushroom. I am up for paying $20 if the food is worth that. The whole dish was hastily put together ( this was not a rush hour). They gave me a bread (no condiments, no butter, not toasted or grilled) just a plain bread and put a lot of spinach (not cut, wilted, stir-fried) just spinach directly out of a bag. The whole dish was not seasoned or spiced in any way. The scrambled eggs were definitely not fresh. Please don't ever eat here but ya, try the coffees.

2 lattes = 2 sad peopleI love bluestone’s coffee, but really these coffees were really sad. I lived in Australia and I can tell you that they would never serve you a coffee looking like this. Mine looked horrible and was more of a cappuccino with the amount of foam it had compared to what a latte should be like.

Not good. The poached egg is overcooked, the service is lame, tho due to lack of staff. The system requires visitors to give tips when ordering before getting the food and service, and it is a redflag. The only good thing is they have good plating.
