Very cute little coffee shop right near the river! People there are very nice and a nice stop by shop if planning to walk the river.
The cappuccino was strong and roasty. The coconut milk is a great choice for a little natural sweetness to offset the roasty espresso. Not the best made cappuccino I've ever had but really good!
I loved this place! It was cute and cozy. Great vibe. Good coffee. The girl who took our order was fun and polite. Great music playing. A great find.
We stopped in for a quick bit to eat. The food was abundant and delicious. The waitress was attentive and our food was prepared quickly and correctly. The pies were a perfect way to end a great meal. This was a great find and I'll be back!
The food came out quickly but nothing was hot! Hash browns were no more than French fries with no onions or seasoning. Corn beef hash was good but over rated. Waffle House has it beat hands down. Good atmosphere and history but don't expect scrumptious food.
The service is always consistent here...friendly and efficient. I've eaten here a number of times and this past time was same great experience. I recommend their pancakes, but bring an appetite! They are very large!
Aye a couple of breakfasts there. Not busy before 9:00. The homemade hash was excellent the $2.45 restaurant coffee was a stretch.
Stopped for lunch about a year ago also , this time we tried Breakfast , even though it s a cool place to be seen , visited, the food both times would have to be considered average.
One star for the coffee (a step above Starbucks but it tastes sour and acidic) but two stars for the staff who are super friendly (doesn’t bring it up to 5 stars though). The signage outside says that it’s $2 hot brews all day but the inside pricing is more like $2+ for any of the drip coffee which is a tad bit confusing for anyone looking to grab a hit of coffee nearby. There’s an actual vault behind the counter which is a cool feature. Wouldn’t come here again but good to know that it rivals Starbucks nearby :’-) Afraid that Gregory’s coffee close by is going to put this cafe on the rocks.
Small but very cute! I love that there is an actual vault inside of this cafe, which I did not expect! The pastries were very good as well! The shortbread latte is great for people who love their lattes in the sweet side but I’m sure you can’t go wrong with a regular latte!
