Visited for spring break 4/16/22 while in nyc... grandchild did not like it at all....tasted burnt....chewed like paper! Order dominos instead!
The place is wonderful and old school vibe. Owner / manager is a jolly person chef tried to speak in Hindi with US. Know how to attract customers. We tried to return unopened coke but didn't take it back. Overall taste pf pizza was tasty service was quick seating arrangements were okay. Startagic location parking must be hard to find. Take pizza and go on board walk to have fun and eat with the views.
Amazing Pizza restaurant, quality and taste is really great. Specially spicy buffalo chicken is highly popular and hard to find in peak hours. However price is little too high (4.5$ per slice). Highly recommended pizza restaurant in Hoboken.
Went there today for some delicious pizza during the National Pizza day… and guess what? They don’t even participate and the pizza wasn’t fresh as advertised. This was the second bad experience I had at this location in Hoboken. Now I understand why people throw up after eating there. I tried to give them another chance the same way God gives us.. but please don’t waste your time or money at this pizza place. Go around the corner to Gogi Grill or something else because Basil’s IS NOT IT!!! Furthermore, the customer service is unsatisfactory and need training. They suck!
Everyone knows this is the late night pizza spot! Very good plain slice and plenty of other options. Only thing I don’t like is sometimes I’ve gotten slices that weren’t hot enough and should have stayed in the oven longer.
Judging solely on the food, I must say that they have some good pizza here. They made ours to order and the fresh garlic made it very flavorful.

Today, I ordered pizzas for delivery for a birthday party. It was late by 45 minutes. Worst part was that store peoples were totally irresponsible and unresponsive to this issue. It did not matter at all to them. Best to avoid them for any delivery.
