EXCELLENT service!! I was very impressed by all the staff at the establishment, and the attention to making sure you’re taken care of. The food was very good too, and the drinks phenomenal.. The menu has great choices without being overwhelming, it was hard to pick! My friend and I got the Pastilla and lamb meatballs, you can’t go wrong with either! The coco Chanel and rock’n Moroccan drinks were super! Will be back for sure on the next opportunity!

We stopped in this cute spot for one drink. Our mixologist Jimmy was fun to chat with and he made my favorite drink the whiskey sour. Four drinks later, we're closing the place down. We had a fun time!!

Our server had the right attitude which was the best thing about this place in our visit. However, me and my friends were disappointed and underwhelmed with the food and drinks. Not that they were bad, but they were just meh. For a restaurant like this, we expected more. The steak was rubbery and some drinks seemed to be watered down.

Authentic Moroccan food with live music and great vibe. The food they serve is so flavorful that I was amazed. You could see the kitchen and Moroccan chefs cooking for you !! They also have live music on weekends. The drinks are top notch. We ordered the chicken and almond filled phyllo pastry as appetizer and was pleasantly surprised. It came with powder sugar on top. For entree my son got the lamb shank tagine, my husband got the meat ball tagine and I got the rack of lamb. All of them were excellent. They ran out of chocolate mousse for dessert but we had the pasty o lait. It had lavender and almonds custard and it tasted and smelled divine. Can’t recommend this enough… if you are a foodie. Our cocktails were also very refreshing. I got Lady Lupo which is a gin drink and my husband got an old fashioned.

Caught up with a friend tonight over some delicious food we haven't tried before. It was a bit tight in the restaurant, but the ambience was lively and energizing. We started with some Escargots and Burrata Salad and finished with the Kefta Tagine and Moules Marocaine. Everything was delicious and I left satisfied. Would recommend and come back for more!

Glasses are dirty with someone else’s lipstick on it. No forks provided with food. Steaks have no flavor rather than overcooked bitterness.

Barbes is one of these restaurants that never disappoints! This was our third time here and we were very happy with the experience. We sat at the bar and we ordered a traditional French Onion Soup, Couscous with Shrimps, a side of French Fries (skinny and well done as they supposed to be) and Baklava for dessert. Everything was delicious! Also, the bartender was very attentive and made the experience more pleasant. If you are up to try Moroccan/French food, with great service and live music, Barbes is your place. Additional tip: if you want to enjoy the live music (Thursday, Friday & Saturday), I highly recommend to make a reservation. It get busy, and the bar area is not big. Enjoy it!

Good food and great service.Emmanuel was such a sweet and attentive waiter. Took my parents here for brunch and it was lovely. All the wait staff was friendly / attentive / and quick.Espresso martini was creamy and delicious.

I think if I was rich, I would like it more. I couldn’t get over the price as I ate the lamb. It tasted really good but I didn’t like the couscous and didn’t like sitting 1 foot away from the couple next to us.

They provided a very good brunch experience with fast friendly service and good portion sizes. This is a great place to go on a date, the intimacy of the small tables in the inside dining room really sets a romantic vibe. To wrap up, the staff was very friendly and food was very good so I would definitely recommend.
