The quality of the food is on par with other franchises in the chainHowever, this Wendy's doesn't have the best service. Over several years, we've consistently had issues with orders (missing entrees, sauces, utensils, receipts, etc.) - both mobile and drive through.
Great fast food...people do park wild tho cause they are excited to eat
I need to stop forgetting people's items in the bag food needs to be hotter I think they're hiring a bunch of people that don't care whether it's this or that and that is a shame
Total order was incorrect but did not check before I left the drive thru. Paid for baconator and got a chicken sandwich with a piece of slimy lettuce
There is nothing fast about this place. The fries are not consistently good and Im perplexed I must request a straw to get one. Furthermore the straws are made out of paper which quickly get soggy and collapse... There's gotta be a better way to save the planet.
Whenever I come here for takeout, the doors are locked, reducing the service to drive-thru only. Even when I’ve ordered ahead on the app, you can’t actually walk in and pick up your order! You need to sit out the wait on the drive-thru just to pick it up. And as you might guess, the drive-thru line is always way too long and slow. I assume this location needs more staff
This location has gone down severely in quality and customer service. In my last experience I waited at the drive-through for almost 10 minutes and they never even said hello they just let me sit there and ignored me. When I tried to call and they had their phone off the hook. I will not be returning to Wendy’s especially not this Wendy’s in Hillsborough New Jersey because the customer service there is a joke.

They have the best breakfast, hands down. Wendy's has really did their thing when it comes to their breakfast sandwiches. Not to mention the wedge potatoes they serve are seasoned to perfection. And the price is right.??
Gave this lovation 1 star because I couldn't give them 0. Bad food, horrible Diet Coke (watery and tasteless) and the new fries taste really badly. They didn't even give me a receipt so I can't complain with corporate.
