Taco bell stop promoting your products as vegetarian or vegan foods if your employees can't even make one.Few days back, We order all vegetarian/vegan stuff and we found meat in one of the tacos. My husband had ate it and we were disgusted by this. He took the food to them and they said just a sorry ?. We had to ruin all our tacos, open it and check if others are okay. They can't even this how much it can bother a vegan or vegetarian person.Pathetic experience, ruined our meal.This is our second time that this has happened with us in last two years(first time was taco bell Piscataway).Never going to go there again and will be telling our friends never to take chances with taco bell food.

Extremely slow service. Takes forever going through the drive through. More cars showed up and left than were served. I used to eat taco bell all the time, but due to the slow service, I harldy eat here anymore. Google says not too busy, but it took me 25 minutes to get through the drive through.

This Taco Bell is one of the few Taco Bell places I actually like, the line was very short and the workers were very friendly and quick and they got my order right and very quickly I highly recommend this Taco Bell

This is the worst Taco Bell place in New Jersey. People are waiting for hours for pick up and drive thru, doors are locked from inside then why they have tables and dine in and pick up service available inside.Needs to be improved a lot or they should close this place until they offer better service to customers.

Food is good but they are not able to catchup with the flow. They are more focused on the drive through then the dine in people. For one order have to wait for 30 to 40mins. Plus I saw a guy who works there was wearing apron went to pick his dinner for McDonald's and had his dinner wearing the apron and got back to work with the same & the same guy was busy on his personal phone all the time (before his dinner, during his dinner & after his dinner). That is the reason why the restaurant's service was slow.

Long wait lines on the drive thru but hey you cant beat the $5 Chalupa Crave box. Not sure why you need anything else. You get a Chalupa, burrito, soft taco, drink and those cinnamon things. Brilliant!!!

I would not complaint about long wait or short staff but will surely share this now as it’s been few years I’m visiting this store and some items are really less in quality and quantity compare to other Taco Bell store, honestly one of example is chalupa is half filled and so as other items. And not sure if it’s due to employees or management because many other Taco Bell store provides good quality food. I’m disappointed because who don’t love Taco Bell but it is what it is!

Every time I have gone to this location there is also a issue with my order and the female who is at the drive through. Multiple times my order has been wrong, including mobile orders .

Whenever you’re out of reach of a good authentic Mexican restaurant “ Taco Bell “ will always be at arms reach to satisfy your cravings keep doing a wonderful job every item on the menu is ???

To anyone complaining about hours of operation/staffing/length of wait:We're in the middle of a pandemic that probably crushed their staffing, especially now. What is wrong with you. Patience will go a long way, so would a little empathy.Moving on;The last time I was here I ordered through the app at 1:57PM.The location shuttered from 2-3PM for a lunch break, presumably because they're so severely short-staffed. The app doesn't communicate with stores instantaneously, so there's a disconnect between the information the store and the app are working with, respectively, I get that. If you order online for pickup through the drive-thru, they don't make the order until you show up. Could cause problems, and did.Trying to pick up my food, the drive-thru was closed. I was informed by an employee taking their break outside what was happening, and upon my telling them I ordered online they proceeded to go back inside and make my order during their break. It was also even a smoke break on top of the lunch break, so I felt particularly awful, didn't mean to cut their break shorter but they seemed to brush it off.All workers deserve more money for the work they do, especially now.Has this location forgotten to take tomatoes off a few of my orders? Yes.Have I gotten a few soggy tacos from here? Yeah.Do *I* modify my orders and make the employees work a little harder when I order my food? Yes, so if there is a mistake every now and then, who am I to complain. Fast food's a lot of work. The employees here(not management) do their jobs as well as they are able, no complaints from me.
