I really like this Starbucks location sometimes the hours they are open is a little funky but they make really good drinks and follow special requests for drinks which is really nice. When they make the drink wrong they will always fix it which is really nice especially when they are busy. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks. The line always looks pretty long but it goes really quick.
To the girl with the curly brown hair at the drive thru, if you hate your job that much then just quite. No need to be rude. The drink was good though.
Got there at closing time. Drive through wait was 20 minutes. Probably need another drive through lane or another Starbucks in town. The ladies were very friendly. Customer service was great. Highly recommended. Great job Starbucks of Hillsborough!
I’ve showed up multiple times within the past 3 weeks to this store in the middle of the day and it will be closed. Although their is a sign outside saying they’re open till 5pm and they will be closed at 2:15pm.
Wait is always horrendous. They changed it to drive thru only which made the wait worse. They changed their hours recently and I showed up about 50 minutes before their new closing hours (5) and they were closed.Neighboring stores in the complex said theyre closing their doors for good.
Profane and rude. I was in this Starbucks today and was shocked at what I overhead. A young lady came in to pick up her drink and asked for more ice in the cup. She was very sweet when she asked for the ice with a smile. The young man behind the counter said "sure" with a smile and fulfilled her request. As the young lady was walking away a teenage girl co-work said "If she wanted a f-ing latte, she should have ordered one." I heard it, others heard it, and the young lady heard it. The young lady got a surprised look on her face, hesitated for a moment and then continued out the door. I'll never patronize this store again. Disgusting behavior.
This is a pleasant out-of-the-way Starbucks that I found entirely by accident. It has polite, fast baristas who filled my admittedly simple order much quicker than I expected. Has a good-size outdoor seating area which I took advantage of this still-warm Autumn day.
I come here all the time and coffee is always good but I came I. Yesterday at 6:05 and learned that the hours have changed? You are closing at 6 now? Why? It still states you are open until 9 on google.
i’ve literally never had a drink from this location that has tasted good. also, the inside is disgusting. the floor was filthy and the trash cans were overflowing when i came in. it was horrible. i’m giving two stars, tho, because the staff is very pleasant.
Rich (or so he said was his name) heavier, older gentleman, is an absolute unpleasant person with every interaction I’ve had with him. I watched him have a dispute right in front of me before making my simple order overly complicated. I ordered a tall milk no ice, for my son. And I literally got “just milk? Whole milk? You want it cold? No coffee with it? Again and again I repeated just a plain tall whole milk no ice, clearly aggravated by this point to which he giggled and said this is just unusual unless it’s for a kidLike who do you think you are to speak with someone like that. I told him it was for my kid. I was livid by this point, and he said well you didn’t say that. As if I should have to. Literally the third time I’ve had an interaction similar to this one with him. HiThe guy I front of me he kept accusing of jumping the line. The guys said I would never do that, the girls before wasn’t ready to order and they let him go ahead. Then Rich said, oh I don’t know you so I don’t know what you’d do. Like how is that acceptable an acceptable conversation.Get it together rich, your attitude is horrible.
