Admittedly, I was reluctant about going to this Moe's because of past experiences with other locations near where I live. My first visit here was a lunch date with my wife avs daughter and I was pleasantly surprised.Firstly, the location is extremely clean and well maintained! Not just in comparison to other Moe's, but generally speaking. The staff was extremely friendly; excited when my daughter tried speaking to them in spanish.The food was all made fresh. I looked over all the ingredients, they were hot and plentiful. Portions are HUGE, and meals come with free chips and their salsa bar. We all agreed our meals were delicious, not too salty, not heavily seasoned. We'll not only be going back but we'll be having a party catered in the future.
It's is been 3 years after my first review. *Updated this restaurant still amazing the place is always kept clean during and after the pandemic love the personel friendly and welcoming staff good job guys.
I had the taco and nacho chips very good ,only wish they had cheese sauce
This Moe's Southwest Grill needs to closed as it does not represent the franchise adequately. The volume turnover of food seems to be poor here as everything ordered tasted greasy, not prepared properly and just plain stale. Avoid this location. I can say their Somerset Location has fresh food and is really good but I attribute it to volume.
Eat at your own risk. One of the women making the burritos and tacos does not wear a mask and had the nerve to sneeze over her shoulder twice! without covering her mouth! while making a burrito! and her sneeze was in the direction of the grill! Not sure what the NJ health protocols are for restaurants but I’m sure this is some sort of violation. Needless to say I threw my food in the garbage right after paying.
Personally I would prefer Chipotle over Moe’s as the portion is really less for the price and so is the quality at times. Would really suggest to order in store rather than online. The only thing that is great there is their Queso.
Moe's used to be good.This Moe's has gone downhill. If you order in person, you have control over your portion size and what's in your meal. 100% of my orders through the app or online have been incorrect and incredibly small portions. Unfortunately, the Moe's Monday deal now requires you to order through the app. I used to come every Monday. I'm not coming back ever again.
