Ordered chicken fingers... got greasey deep fried chicken. No duck sauce at all. Called them & was told I could come & get some duck sauce. I got 5 meals. Will not use them again
Do not order here. I gave me only 1 pint of rice for 2 orders of shrimp and broccoli. Last time the charged me a greater price than stated on the phone. They're cheap & rude.
Have been going here for years. Best chinese i've found hands down. (and i work in the city) Some of the reviews don't add up. Never had any issue in 15+ years. Food is excellently priced. Good quantities. Everyone has always been friendly. Once in a while egg rolls come a little oily, but i mean hey. Its a fried egg roll. For a buck and change...have to be pretty critical. Its chinese food. Not fine dining.Crab Ragoon is off the hook. Big fan of the low mein, general tsao, eggs rolls, and egg drop. Steamed dumplings are also excellent. I always pick up my orders in person. I imagine they could get pretty busy during dinner, being the best chinese in town; but would never blame them for being busy. Some of these reviews are nuts. It's not Tavern on the Green. You're getting an entire family meal for the price of a cocktail-and personally i love the food.. friends agree. Long time community staple. Family run business, and happy to support it.
Place is terrible, sat for 2 hours waiting for food and just gave up. Poorly run I will never go back!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE BUSINESS!!!!!
25 minute wait time turned into an hour and a half. Will never come back here . Absolutely ridiculous

Always have good food and they aren't skimpy at all.
I'm always happy with the food here and I like the owner always pleasant to me even when extremely busy.
It’s unfortunate that they have the best Chinese take out in town, because the service is god awful. Told 15 minutes on the phone, food isn’t ready for almost an hour. Won’t be ordering again from here for a long time because of this.
If I could give zero stars I would. The food they gave us tasted terrible. It was clearly stale. The chicken was wet and had tendons in it. The rice was even terrible. We ended up throwing it all away and eating pizza. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
