First off, I use to come here and I liked the brothers carmine and his twin. They were so nice and made everything more enjoyable. Since they left the place has gone down hill in my opinion. Their prices are never consistent. It’s always a different price. It’s like they pick and choose what to charge you. Also god forbid you order a child’s size chicken tenders with fries forget about it! They told me they don’t have a kids size or smaller portion for that specific order when it clearly says that on the menu. They ( meaning the bald guy with the tattoos and his other employees) continued to talk about me in Italian which is similar to Spanish and I understood what they were saying and basically ridiculed me for ordering the kid size. They then took forever on purpose to get my order out and ready for me. The bald guy with the tattoos is just miserable looking all the time and has an attitude problem. I’m never going back today was the last straw. I gave them numerous chances. So unfortunate.
Just saying I don't believe the owner of this pizzeria likes people of color or you can say hood people..... And I didn't look hood I had my ugg slides on Blue jeans a beautiful sweater my hair was looking nice and shiny .....I don't understand I will not ever go back in there I ordered a cheesesteak which they don't come in sizes frys which don't come in sizes and a large ginger ale I asked for fried onions ketchup and mayonnaise on my cheese steak they gave me raw onions no ketchup...they gave me packets of ketchup...very disrespectful in the art of culinary very disrespectful it was just sad thin the man beat me on my large ginger ale gave me a plastic clear small cup I ordered a large my order was to go he had no lids for his cups mad ice it was awful worst experience ever and I am not from that town I was looking forward for that afternoon break for a beautiful cheesesteak I was very very disappointed ......?
I have been getting lunch here for 15 years and never had a bad meal or poor service.
Good food but too expensive. Can find same quality with lower prices elsewhere
I've only gotten pizza here, but I have never been disappointed. The food on display looks great but the pizza is always good and consistent. It'd a bit on the pricey side due to the ingredient; for example, the bacon chicken ranch pizza is 4$ a slice but they are big sliced and taste fresh. Despite the 4$ price tag its worth it and this is usually my go to slice when here if not the garlic slice.
Pizza is the best in the area. However, I really wish the person handling food would wear gloves. He was acting as both food handler and cashier. Touching money, register, scratching his ears, and also touching the pizza with his bare hands. I’ve seen it at other pizza shops and really wish the practice would change.
My favorite Italian place to eat. We have been going there for years and never disappoint. Everything I have tried tastes home style, their chicken dishes are awesome, portions are good and won't drain the wallet.
My friends and I planned a pizza tour to check out our top rated pizza places in NJ and PA. this was our first stop and did not disappoint! Although google and their website says they open at 10, they didn't actually open until 11 BUT we told them what we were doing and they accommodated and made an amazing pizza!
Brooklyn Pie is the best ? they have been a staple and standard in the area for a long time.
My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for months now. Service, food, environment and overall experience are exceptional every visit, we truly cannot get enough. We recently entrusted Joe's Pizza to cater our legendary Christmas Eve party and to say they did not disappoint is an understatement. From their pizza, apps, entrées, desserts, they hit every possible mark. There wasn't a single piece of food that either did not get eaten or taken home as leftovers. Coming from an Italian household, that is quite the honor. The food here is worth every dollar and continues to prove to be one of the best slices in all of New Jersey.
