Have been to this location many times now and compared to others, they need to be better organized. The food was fine, but the wait was way too long past the pick up time. Plus, the people lined up to pick up their food, they were waiting for quite a while. They even lost someone’s order, said someone else must have taken it and had to remake. Hoping the people were just new and need more training but this has happened many times recently in this location. Hoping things get better.

Horrible, rude service.I placed an order online, arrived at the time that I was supposed to pick up order, and announced myself. I watched as people who entered the store after me placed orders on the line and got their food right away.After waiting 10 minutes, I inquired about my order and told them that I had placed the order almost half an hour ago. The guy who was making sandwiches told me that I didn’t in fact wait half an hour. His response to me was: “Your order should’ve been ready at 12:51, my friend”. (Time is now 1:00pm).I told him that we’re already almost 10 minutes past the time when it’s supposed to be ready and that 4 other people that ordered at the store were able to get their orders immediately. I asked for a refund to which he responded by telling me to leave the store and never come back.This guy deserves to be fired for how rude and obnoxious he was.
Sub was good(not great) but I ordered a mushroom cheesesteak & heard Mgr tell cook its half meat if mushrooms. Seriously? I would have paid the extra. First& last time there.
DoorDash is not a good delivery service! My order was missing a sandwich! This is the second time this has happened! I’m done!
