A few friends went for lunch. The restaurant was crowded and happy. Staff wasn't required to wear masks. I ordered chicken and waffles. Our server disappeared after taking our orders and bringing drinks. Someone else brought us silverware in individual paper bags and a third person brought our food. It came out quickly. We had to ask still someone else for napkins. My chicken was very dark but tasted ok. The waffles weren't even warm enough to melt the butter. Our server suddenly reappeared with our check before we were ready for it. An ok experience with room for improvement.
Worst IHOP I’ve ever been to, the staff is extremely rude. Whenever I go my order is never correct, I have received incorrect meals twice. Also, the staff is constantly talking to each other and when you try and get their attention they are rude, and will talk about the customer right in front of them ( fun fact People can understand Spanish) so it’s very obvious. What brings me here today is the hair I found in my eggs after the staff member pushed the bag into my arms forcefully. I will never order from here again, seems as if this isn’t something out of the ordinary.
Ordered 7 different breakfast platters, 6 orange juices, and 1 coffee. Went to go pick it up only had 4 orange juices, had to wait another 5 minutes for the rest of the drinks. Got back home, opened up the bag and only had 2 syrup packages, 4 ketchups and two forks? 2 meals where wrong. Joke of a operation. For $115 dollars, I won’t be back.
This IHOP is not just another friendly neighborhood IHOP. This place is the best. We were seated right away on Sunday at noon. After seeing a full parking lot, we weren’t too sure of that. The service was FAST and EXCELLENT. The bathroom was very clean. Overall, best IHOP experience I’ve ever had. Food was better than diner food, specifically the pancakes.
My husband and I came to this IHOP location for the first time today. Honestly, the best IHOP experience we’ve ever had! The food came out fast and was fresh and delicious. The server was attentive and kind. The place was packed but we got seated and ordered right away. 10 min wait for the food, incredible. What more could you ask for!? We live right down the street and have found our new breakfast spot, we’ll definitely be back!!
I was a little disappointed about my meal. I found the eggs to be luke warm or even cold. Along time ago the used to have something called a Spanish omelet. I haven't seen it on any IHOP menu for some time. And that's a shame. It was the tasty omelette and in many ways much better than the current selections that IHOP shows. Perhaps somebody reading this will bring it back one day.
Eaten here a few times and never had a bad experience. The food is amazing, especially their breakfast. The staff is what makes this place that much better - fast, friendly, and attentive. Will go here again whenever I'm in the area.
All around good. Very kind waitress which was the best part. Most uncomfortable seat at a diner that I can remember sitting in. It actually hurt.
Friendly and attentive service. Breakfast was delicious. Even our booth neighbors were happy and friendly which probably means they enjoyed it too. Great place to bring the family for a quick meal.
The service was great! My food was horrible! I ordered a waffle and bacon with coffee. Right off the bat, the coffee was weak and watery. My waffle was not good (soft and crumbly) and the bacon was two slivers of nothing. I lived in Hillsborough almost 3 years and this was my second visit here on 11-13-21. Now I remember why it took me so long to come back because the food was lousy the first time. Never again!
