Not sure what is going on. Closing often due to various issues. Appears as if the owner not sure what is going on. Noticed a change in how food has been as well since the change over from one owner to a new owner.
The burgers are great, the fries are Ok, and the people are awesome. And you get to snack on free peanuts while you wait. And it's definitely not cheap.
Food, shakes and service were phenomenal. Never thought of trying this but bacon shake was out of this world ?. Thank you

Food is always fresh and comes out quick. Great place for a burger.
We ordered and paid for food from the FiveGuys website during normal business hours (6p on a Saturday). When we arrived we found the lights on with staff inside, but the doors locked and half dozen other customers standing outside. The manager screamed from the back “we’re not open - call corporate to get a refund!” We drove to the Flemington location shortly after to find out Hillsborough is a franchise model, and not part of corporate. The Flemington manager had informed us we had been scammed, and to his credit refunded as a result.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend visiting this location the quality of the food is terrible. My fries were over cooked to the point where I thought I was eating potato chips. Granted I went back in to have them be made over and they came back in edible condition. When I got home and took a bite of my burger it was completely pink throughout the burger. For a company that promotes only well done burgers this is completely unacceptable. The team at this location needs more training to understand the importance of making sure the food is up to the five guys standards that you guys promote
You can't choose wrong with Five Guys
I like this one because in addition to being the typical great five guys food, they have a nice outdoor seating area and it's on a side strip mall with plenty of space for parking and for kids to play around a bit while waiting for food etc.
I do not know what happened to this place but the quality of food has gone so bad. fries are cold and grilled mushrooms/onions are not even grilled.
