Never follows directions for anything.You order online, then they always ask you again what was in your order and you have to spell it out again for them. What's the point of a receipt then?Plus, you give specific direction for a coffee, like the amount of milk and sugar, they never follow it, I always have to "fix" it at home by dumping coffee and adding milk and sugar. Plus they obviously don't use the type of coffee I ask, way too strong.Tried coming back to Dunkin after having switched already to Starbucks, I see that Dunkin is getting even worse.Never have to fix a coffee at Starbucks, only Dunkin is like that.
It’s ok a normal coffee shop they sell ice cream
They say they are open until 10pm.. you drive all the way there get there around 950pm and they say they took last customer already they are closed. What type of business advertises there open until a certain time but always closes before that time problem is you have young kids working there that don't want to work...really need to get it together already here's another one we only taking credit card because they closed out the register because there running out the door before they even close worst customer service ever!!!

Went to get breakfast this morning, my sourdough sandwich wasn’t cooked. The bacon was raw. I returned the sandwich and now I’m sick. HOW HARD IS IT TO COOK YOUR FOOD?! Raw pork is dangerous!
My mother, a senior citizen, stopped in this Dunkin location to buy a gift card and a cup of tea. She went to use the women’s restroom and the door was locked. There was NO sign on the door that indicated it was out of order. She told by an employee that the women’s restroom was out of order and the toilet was not flushing for quite a while. People were eating in this location, so what were ladies supposed to use for a restroom? The men’s restroom was not an option.
Third time it’s happening on all 3 pockets of hash browns in drive through - never get 6 separate pieces in an order and always it’s all mixed as 1 big single piece. Can’t they separate it before toast it? Since I leave the store and never bothered to go back and ask.
Very surprised to encounter some crazy unprofessional person to serve drive through this evening. She was very rude and I had to cancel all the order. Very disappointed, usually very nice people work in this location
The past few times I’ve been the drive thru has taken at a minimum of 10 minutes to get through. Not sure what the issue is but if they don’t have the staff or the ability to function properly they shouldn’t be open.
Is this Dunkin under new ownership? I haven't been to this location's drive-thru in a few months, but I remember the employees being very professional and efficient - a complete dichotomy from my experience today (10/03/2021), where the staff was extremely unprofessional and put out a strange vibe.
