The staff is nice. The bagel minis are good but way overpriced. There are two very tiny round bagels for almost 4 dollars.
When someone asks you to use oatmilk in their coffee, PLEASE actually use it. I don’t know how many coffees I’ve had to waste because I can’t drink them. I can’t speak for everyone that requests it, but I’m not asking for it to be trendy or cool, I’m asking because I want coffee but I’m lactose intolerant and don’t have time to sit in the bathroom all day while I’m at work. If you’re going to charge me for it, USE IT.

The only complaint i have is about pricing. Their pricing for same breakfast items is considerably more(Almost 50%) higher than other dunkin donut in town (lowes/Khols plaza) and many other DD's in neighboring towns. When asked why your pricing is SO HIGH ? i was told by the cashier that owner knows about it and each store sets their own pricing. I run a business myself and completely understand each sore can have different pricing but at the same time pricing needs to have some kind of rationale you simply CANNOT have almost 50% higher prices for same breakfast item than your neighboring store. What more are they offering to justify such high prices ? nothing! Its complete non-sense and taking advantage of the people who are either not paying attention to price differential or find it far to drive to any other DD.Although this DD is closer to my house but i am never going here due to unfair pricing practice and ripping off customers! Be Ware of their pricing and save yourself money $$ by driving to other DD in town.
I come here very often atleast once a day and he four coffees on the way to my car 1 large cup fell out of holder and spilt all over. Went back in and he charged me again after just paying 12 bucks. I couldn't believe it I will not come back again I will go to somerset if need because they are open 24/7 as well never again... what's wrong with people now a days no kindness no nothing it's sad
